Կոնվերս Բանկը և Գլոբբինգը հայտարարում են համագործակցության ընդլայնման մասին։ Օրեր առաջ հուշագիրը ստորագրել են Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը և Գլոբբինգի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Դավիթ Հարությունյանը՝ ազդարարելով համագործակցության մեկնարկը ընկերության պարտատոմսերի առաջին թողարկման և տեղաբաշխման հարցում։

Գլոբբինգի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշել է. «2015թ.-ից Գլոբբինգը ձևավորում է օնլայն գնումների ոլորտն ու մշակույթը Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում և Ուզբեկստանում։ Մենք ոլորտի առաջատարն ենք 10 տարի շարունակ և ոլորտի ամենամեծ հայկական ըներությունը՝ ԱՊՀ-ում: Մեր հաջորդ մեծ քայլը Գլոբբինգի պարտատոմսերի թողարկումն ու տեղաբաշխումն է Կոնվերս Բանկի հետ համատեղ, ինչն ապահովելու է բրենդի գլոբալ ընդլայնումը և միջազգային զարգացումը, նոր լոգիստիկ ուղղությունների ստեղծումը և, որն ամենակարևորն է, գնելով պարտատոմս՝ կդառնաք Գլոբբինգի միջազգային զարգացման կարևոր մասնակից»։

Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը կարևորել է կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի դերը ֆինանսական ներգրավումների դիվերսիֆիկացման և կապիտալի շուկաներում ներկայացվածության աճի տեսանկյունից։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ Կոնվերս Բանկը պարտատոմսերի թողարկման և տեղաբաշխման մեծ փորձառություն ունի և այսօր Հայաստանի բիզնես համայնքին ներկայանում է որպես վստահելի, պրոֆեսիոնալ և համակողմանիորեն աջակցող գործընկեր։

Նա նշել է. «Ողջ աշխարհում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում բիզնեսը հաճախ բախվում է ֆինանսավորման սահմանափակումների։ Առանց արտաքին ներգրավումների բարդանում է նրանց շարունակական աճն ու մրցունակությունը։ Պարտատոմսերի թողարկումն այս առումով արդյունավետ միջոց է՝ ընդլայնելու կապիտալը, բարձրացնելու թափանցիկությունը և ամրապնդելու հաճախորդների լոյալությունն ու վստահությունն ընկերության նկատմամբ։ Միաժամանակ թողարկողները, Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակման դեպքում, հնարավորություն են ստանում օգտվելու պետական սուբսիդավորման ծրագրից, ինչը ևս էական խթան է թողարկող ընկերություններին խրախուսելու և կապիտալի շուկայի զարգացման համար»։

Գլոբբինգի պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման մեկնարկը նախատեսվում է դեկտեմբերի 12-ին։ Գլոբբինգի հաճախորդները, ինչպես նաև հետաքրքրված ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք, կկարողանան ներդրում կատարել Գլոբբինգի ՀՀ դրամով և ԱՄՆ դոլարով պարտատոմսերում՝ Կոնվերս Մոբայլ հավելվածի միջոցով կամ Բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղում։
