«Թրանսփարենսի Ինթերնեշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնը հայտարարություն է արել, նշելով, որ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում առաջընթաց չի գրանցվել, իսկ հասարակական վստահությունն առանցքային պետական ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ շարունակում է ցածր մնալ։ Կազմակերպությունը նաև մտահոգիչ է համարել իշխանության` եկեղեցու գործերին կոպիտ միջամտության, լրագրողների թիրախավորման դեպքերը։

Ըստ «Թրանսփարենսի Ինթերնեշնլ»-ի, Կոռուպցիայի ընկալման Հայաստանի համաթիվը 2023 և 2024 թ․-ին անփոփոխ է մնացել (47 %)։ Կենտրոնի փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ մի կողմից ոչինչ չի արվել առաջընթաց գրանցելու համար, մյուս կողմից էլ հետընթաց չունենք։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանի իշխանության գալուց հետո առաջին տարիներին համաթիվը աճում էր։ Իսկ այժմ պարզապես մնացել է նույն մակարդակին, և չի բացառվում արդեն հաջորդ տարիներին կոռուպցիայի ընկալման համաթիվը նվազի, ինչը վկայալու է, որ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիան շարունակում է ծաղկել։

Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր իշխանությունը հայտարարում է, թե համակարգային կոռուպցիան Հայաստանում արմատախիլ է արված, նույնիսկ գործող իշխանության նկատմամբ լոյալ տրամադրված միջազգային կառույցները չեն կարողանում չարձանագրել, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը որևէ քայլ չի արել այս ուղղությամբ։ Եվ սա Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների նկատմամբ Արևմուտքի իրական վերաբերմունքի դրսևորումն է։ Ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես է Արևմուտքը գնահատում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների քայլերը և կատարած աշխատանքը:
