ԱրարատԲանկը մասնակցել է WEPs «Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքները Հայաստանում» համաժողովին

ԱրարատԲանկը մասնակցել է ՄԱԿ-ի Կանանց հարցերով կազմակերպության՝ «Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքները Հայաստանում. ներառական և արդար տնտեսական աճի խթանում» խորագրով համաժողովին, որն անցկացվել է Երևանում։

Այս միջոցառումը կարևոր քայլ էր` ուղղված ՄԱԿ-ի Կանանց հարցերով կազմակերպության և Հայաստանի մասնավոր հատվածի միջև երկարատև համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը: Համաժողովի նպատակն էր խորացնել ռազմավարական երկխոսությունը բիզնես առաջնորդների, «Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքները» ստորագրող ընկերությունների և հիմնական շահագրգիռ կողմերի միջև՝ ներառական և արդար տնտեսական աճը խթանելու համար:

Համաժողովի ընթացքում ԱրարատԲանկը իր փորձով կիսվեց մասնավոր հատվածի այլ ներկայացուցիչների հետ։

ԱրարատԲանկի Մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման Վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Լիլիթ Հայրապետյանը համաժողովին հանդես է եկել ԱրարատԲանկում Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքների կիրառման վերաբերյալ  զեկույցով։

«ԱրարատԲանկը WEPs ծրագրին միացել է 2022 թվականին, որի նպատակն էր  շարունակել զարգացնել այնպիսի ուղղություններն, ինչպիսին են՝ ի թիվս այլոց, կանանց տնտեսական հզորացումը, նրանց ներգրավվածության բարձրացումը ղեկավար կազմում, բանկի և աշխատողների սոցիալական պատասխանատվության բարձրացումը։ Անդրադարձել ենք նաև այն փոփոխություններին, որոնք կատարվել են ծրագրին միանալուց ի վեր։ Իսկ արդյունքները տպավորիչ են՝ կին աշխատակիցների համար առաջնորդության դասընթացներից մինչև առաջխաղացում, ֆինանսական գրագիտության արշավներից մինչև  միջազգային կառույցների հետ համագործակցության  շրջանակներում կին ձեռներեցներին շահավետ պայմաններով վարկավորում»,- նշեց Լիլիթ Հայրապետյանը։
Նա հավելեց, որ Կանանց հզորացման ծրագրի /WEPs/ սկզբունքների կիրառումը ոչ միայն բարձրացնում է կանանց դերը հասարակության շրջանում, այլև նպաստում է բիզնեսի, համայնքների և կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության զարգացմանը:

Համաժողովի ընթացքում ԱրարատԲանկին շնորհվեց «Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքները» ստորագրած ընկերության վկայագիր։

Հիշեցնենք, որ սույն թվականի հուլիսին ԱրարատԲանկը մասնակցել էր Վրաստանում անցկացվող ՄԱԿ-ի Կանանց հարցերով կազմակերպության տարածաշրջանային աշխատաժողովին՝ «Մասնավոր հատվածի կարողությունների զարգացում՝ կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքների (WEPs) իրականացման համար» խորագրով: Հայաստանի պատվիրակության անունից ելույթ էր ունեցել ԱրարատԲանկի Հաղորդակցության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերի համակարգման բաժնի ղեկավար Աննա Ալլահվերդյանը։ Նա ԱրարատԲանկի օրինակով խոսել էր բանկում ղեկավար պաշտոններում կանանց ներկայացվածության  մասին՝ նշելով, որ 2022 թվականին բանկը միացել է ՄԱԿ-ի Global Compact պայմանագրին, ինչպես նաև WEPs կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքներին՝ դառնալով WEPs նախաձեռնությանը միացած այդ տարվա առաջին ֆինանսական հաստատությունը:
