Ատեստավորումը և նրա արդյունքները բերելու են լրացուցիչ տնտեսական զարգացման, և դա էլ իր հերթին իր հետ բերելու լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական հարկային եկամուտներ, բացառված է, որ չլինի այդպես։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 4–ին, Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Բա ինչի՞ հաշվին ենք մենք 7% տնտեսական աճ ապահովել։ Ասենք մի օր քամին ուժեղ եղավ, մի օր պակաս եղավ, բախտներս բերեց, այս յոթ տարվա մեջ կամ հինգ տարվա մեջ քամիները անընդհատ բարենպա՞ստ էին։ Ընդհակառակը, տնտեսական առումով ավելի անբարենպաստ շրջան ուղղակի դժվար է պատկերացնել։ Ո՞նց ենք մենք կարողացել 2020 թվականին, 21 թվականին մակրոտնտեսական կայունությունը պահել, ո՞նց ենք մենք տնտեսական աճ ապահովում։ Այսօր տնտեսական ցուցանիշներ են գալիս, մենք էլ ենք զարմանում, թե ինչի արդյունքում։ Այս և մյուս բարեփոխումների արդյունքում։ Մենք ընդամենը էսթետիկական հարց չենք լուծում, չնայած էսթետիկան իր կարևորությունն ունի։ Մենք այստեղ տնտեսական զարգացումը կայուն, տևական և խորքային դարձնելու հարց ենք լուծում։ Մենք այդ գիտելիքն էլ չունենք, բայց այդ գիտելիքը երբ որ ձեռք բերենք, կկարողանայինք դուրս բերել թիվ, թե այս ուղղությամբ մեր ծախսվող ամեն միլիարդ դրամը քանի միլիարդ դրամի համախառն ներքին արդյունք է բերելու։

Ես թիվը չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչքան է դա լինելու, բայց որ դա լինելու է, որ դա այսօր էլ տեղի է ունենում, գիտելիքի վրա ծախսվող գումարը այսօր էլ բերում է այդ արդյունքը, ես որևէ կասկած չունեմ։

Ասում են՝ արտաքին գործոնը այսպես եղավ, այնպես եղավ։ Աշխարհում տնտեսական համակարգ չկա, որ արտաքին գործոններից չի ազդվում։ Արտաքին ազդակները լավ են եղել, մեր տնտեսությունը եղել է կայուն, արտաքին ազդակները վատ են եղել, մեր տնտեսությունը եղել է կայուն։ Որովհետև մենք հասկացել ենք, որ մենք մեր տնտեսական և ոչ միայն տնտեսական կայունության համար պետք է առաջին հերթին հենվենք մեր ներքին ռեսուրսների վրա։ Բայց, իհարկե, չմոռանանք նաև արտաքին ներդրումների մասին։

Ես իմացա, որ վերջերս ավստրիական «Գրավե Գրուպ» ընկերությունը և «Ցե Կվադրատ» ներդրումային խումբը հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերել Հայաստանի ապահովագրական շուկա մտնելու ուղղությամբ։ Սա շատ կարևոր իրադարձություն է»,–ասաց նա։
