«Մեր Ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժումը հայտարարություն է տարածել․

Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցիներ,

Դեկտեմբերի 3-ը՝ Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց միջազգային օրը, մեզ հիշեցնում է, որ ներառական հասարակությունը ոչ թե բարեգործություն է, այլ հավասար իրավունքների ու արժանապատվության հիման վրա կառուցվող իրականություն։ Սա օր է՝ տեսնելու, լսելու և գործելու։

Մեր պարտքն է ստեղծել այնպիսի միջավայր, որտեղ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք ունեն նույն հնարավորությունները, ինչ բոլորը՝ կրթվելու, աշխատելու, ստեղծագործելու և լիարժեք կյանքով ապրելու համար։ Նրանք պետք է ներառված լինեն պետական կառավարման համակարգում իշխանության երեք թևերում օրենսդիր, գործադիր և դատական մարմիններում, ըստ իրենց գիտելիքների, ունակությունների և աշխատանքային փորձի։ Աշխատանքն ինքնուրույնության, ինքնահաստատման և հասարակական կյանքում ակտիվ մասնակցության ամենակարևոր ուղիներից մեկն է։ Այդ պատճառով հատկապես կարևոր է ստեղծել և խթանել աշխատատեղեր հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար՝ ապահովելով հասանելիություն, հարմարեցված պայմաններ, արդար մրցակցություն ու մասնագիտական աճի հնարավորություններ։

Ներառումը նշանակում է ոչ միայն հարմարեցված շենքեր ու ճանապարհներ, այլ նաև՝ վերաբերմունք, մշակույթ և որոշումներ, որոնք հաշվի են առնում յուրաքանչյուր մարդու կարիքները։ Երբ մենք աշխատանք ենք տալիս, հմտություններ ենք զարգացնում, կամ պարզապես հեռացնում ենք խոչընդոտները, մենք օգնում ենք ոչ թե մեկ անձի, այլ ուժեղացնում ենք ամբողջ հասարակությունը։

Այս օրը եկե՛ք ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատենք մեր պատրաստակամությունը՝ կառուցելու հասարակություն, որտեղ որևէ մեկը դուրս չի մնում, և որտեղ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հնարավորությունները սահմանափակված չեն միջավայրով կամ կարծրատիպերով։ Այս սկզբունքներով պետք է առաջնորդվել ոչ թե տարին մեկ օր, այլ տարվա բոլոր օրերին։ Միասին կարող ենք ստեղծել արժանապատիվ, անկախ և լիարժեք կյանք ապահովող պայմաններ բոլորի համար։

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք մշտապես եղել են մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

Մեր նպատակն է օգնել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդկանց և մեր յուրաքանչյուր նախաձեռնության մեջ նրանց համար ստեղծել համապատասխան պայմաններ, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան աշխատել և արժանապատիվ կյանք ունենան։ Սա մեզ համար պատիվ է։
