Երկար ժամանակ աշխատում էինք հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի հետ և մարդիկ կասկածներ էին հայտնում, թե ինչքանով են  հիմնավորված, որ էականորեն բարձրացել են էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները: Այս մասին ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ՀԷՑ-ի ժամանակավոր կառավարիչ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի հետ աշխատանքային հանդիպման ժամանակ:

Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ պատճառաբանվում էր, որ գների բարձրացումը կապ ունի՝ մեծ տեմպով ընթացող շինարարությունների, և նոր բաժանորդների մեծ հոսքի հետ:

«Շատ կարևոր է, որ ինքը հիմնավորվածից պակաս էլ չլինի, ավելի էլ չլինի: Օրինակ, շատ երկրներում տեսել եմ, որ քաղաքական ճգնաժամերից խուսափելու համար՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի գներն անընդհատ իջեցրել են, արդյունքում համակարգերը եկել, հասել են այն իրավիճակին, որ կոլապսի առաջ են կանգնել»,-ասել  է Փաշինյանը:

«Մեր քաղաքացիներին պետք է ներկայացնենք, որ հոսանքի գինը պետք է լինի էֆեկտիվ, այն աստիճանի, որ համակարգի բնականոն գործունեությունը, և համակարգի որոշակիորեն զարգացումն ապահովենք: Որևէ քաղաքական նպատակադրում չպետք է լինի, որ մենք հաճոյանալու համար այնքան իջեցնենք հոսանքի գինը, որ արդյունքում ոչ մեկ տարի, ոչ երկու տարի, և ոչ էլ՝ երեք տարի հետո պրոբլեմ առաջանա: Եթե ֆիքսենք, որ, իրոք, բարձր է, պետք է բերենք գիծ, պլյուս պայմանական ասած՝ մի լումա, որ այդ մի լուման ներդրվի հետագա զարգացման համար»,-նշել է նա:
