Գրավե Գրուպը (GRAWE Group) (Ավստրիա) և Ցե-Կվադրատ Ներդրումային Խումբը (C-Quadrat Investment Group) (Ավստրիա) հայտարարել են ԼԻԳԱ ԻՆՇՈՒՐԱՆՍ ապահովագրական ընկերության 100% բաժնետոմսերը ձեռք բերելու մտադրության մասին, ինչը նշանակալի իրադարձություն է Հայաստանի ապահովագրական շուկայի համար: Նշված գործարքը եվրոպական հեղինակավոր ապահովագրական խմբի առաջին մուտքն է Հայաստան, ինչն ընդգծում է երկրի ֆինանսական հատվածի աճող գրավչությունը միջազգային ներդրողների համար: 

Գրավե Գրուպը, որը հիմնադրվել է 1828 թվականին, Կենտրոնական և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի ամենահին և ամենահեղինակավոր ապահովագրական խմբերից մեկն է՝ ֆինանսական կայունության, հաճախորդների պաշտպանության և կայուն աճի նկատմամբ երկարատև հանձնառությամբ: Եվրոպական շուկաների հիմնական ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը` Գրավե Գրուպը բաղկացած է 21 ապահովագրական ընկերությունից, 2 բանկից և անշարժ գույքի ոլորտի այլ ընկերություններից: Կենտրոնական, Արևելյան և Հարավարևելյան Եվրոպայի տասներեք երկրում դուստր ձեռնարկությունների առկայությունն արտացոլում է Գրավեի միջազգային կողմնորոշումը:  

Ցե-Կվադրատ Ներդրումային Խումբը, որի գլխամասային գրասենյակները գտնվում են Վիեննայում և Լոնդոնում, համաշխարհային ներկայությամբ ակտիվների առաջատար անկախ կառավարիչ է, հայտնի իր ներդրումային լայն փորձառությամբ ու Կենտրոնական և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի շուկաներում երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարի տեսլականով, ինչպես նաև ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրողների համար ակտիվների կառավարման փորձով: Դուստր Ցե-Կվադրատ Ամպեգա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ Արմենիա (C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia) ընկերության միջոցով Ցե-Կվադրատ Ներդրումային Խումբն ավելի քան 10 տարի հաջողությամբ գործում է Հայաստանի կենսաթոշակային համակարգում՝ որպես ակտիվների կառավարիչ։
