Հայաստանի երկրադիտարկման առաջին՝ «Արմսաթ-1» արբանյակն անցել է իր` վերահսկվող ուղեծրից դուրսբերման փուլ, որը նշանավորում է տվյալ արբանյակային ծրագրի ավարտը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունից։

ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից «Արմսաթ-1»-ի արձակման որոշումը  կարևոր քայլ էր, որն օգնեց Հայաստանին մուտք գործել տիեզերական դարաշրջան՝ ցույց տալով տիեզերական տեխնոլոգիաների ռազմավարական դերի կարևորությունն այսօրվա աշխարհում և Հայաստանի մտադրությունը՝ լինելու վաղվա տիեզերական տնտեսության մի մասը։

Երեքուկես տարիների ընթացքում «Արմսաթ-1» արբանյակի միջոցով ստացվել են Հայաստանի տարածաշրջանային բազմաթիվ տիեզերանկարներ՝ հնարավորություն տալով դրանք օգտագործել ինչպես գիտական, այնպես էլ համակարգային նշանակությամբ: «Արմսաթ-1» արբանյակի առաքելության առանցքային հաջորդ ձեռքբերումն այն է, որ այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում հնարավորություն է ընձեռնվել վերապատրաստել մասնագետների և ձևավորել մասնագիտական խմբի այնպիսի կարողություններ, որոնց օգնությամբ հնարավոր կլինի կյանքի կոչել հաջորդող ծրագրերի նախագծումը, իրականացումը, արբանյակի կառավարումը, տվյալների ստացումն ու մշակումը:

«Արմսաթ-1»-ի առաքելության ընթացքում ստացված փորձը և ձեռք բերված տվյալներն արդեն իսկ օգտագործվում են նոր սերնդի երկրադիտարկման և հաղորդակցության արբանյակների նախագծման աշխատանքներում։ Զուգահեռաբար սահմանվել են նոր՝ «Արմսաթ-2» արբանյակի տեխնիկական և տեխնոլոգիական պահանջները, և ակտիվ համագործակցություն է իրականացվում ճանաչված միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ «Արմսաթ-2»-ի հանձնառությունը կյանքի կոչելու համար։ Հայաստանը հանձնառու է արբանյակային հաջող փորձի հիման վրա դառնալու երկրատիեզերական տեխնոլոգիաների սպառող և փորձառու օգտատեր՝ ձգտելով ապագայում ստանձնել նաև կիրառելի տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների փորձարկումն ու ինտեգրումը։

ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը  շնորհակալություն է հայտնում բոլոր մասնակից կազմակերպություններին և մասնագետներին, որոնք ներգրավված էին այս պատասխանատու գործընթացում՝ համագործակցության և տեխնիկական աջակցության համար, ինչպես նաև բարձր է գնահատում հասարակության, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների և միջազգային գործընկերների ցուցաբերած հետաքրքրությունն ու օժանդակությունը՝ Հայաստանի տիեզերական ծրագրի իրականացման և զարգացման գործում։
