ՀՀ կյանքում մեզ համար նոր և անծանոթ տեսարաններ են բացվում, երբեմն այդ տեսարանները մեզ համար նոր օրակարգեր են բերում․ Փաշինյանը՝ Ոստիկանության գվարդիայի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ

Այսօրվանից մենք պատմության նոր էջ ենք բացում և մեր ակնկալիքն է, որ Ոստիկանության գվարդիան կլինի որակական նոր ծառայություն և ՀՀ-ի, և քաղաքացիների և հենց  իրենց ծառայողների համար։ Այս մասին Ոստիկանության գվարդիայի ծառայողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Այս ընթացքում մեր բարեփոխումների փորձը մեզ ցույց է տալիս, որ բարեփոխումներն ամփոփելու և ավարտելու մասին բոլոր մտածումները և պատկերացումները անպատեհ են, որովհետև բարեփոխումը մի բան է, որ երբեք չի ավարտվում, որովետև այն պահին երբ որ մենք արձանագրենք, որ մենք բարեփոխումն ավարտել ենք, դա նշանակում է սկսել ենք հետընթացը։  Բարեփոխումների պրոցեսների մեջ հազար նրբություն կա, որին մենք անընդհատ պետք է անդրադառնանք, սկսած արտաքին տեսքից, մեր դեմքի արտահայտություններից։

Ուզում եմ արձանագրել, որ հիմա ՆԳՆ-ում, Ոստիկանության ծառայության մեջ, ընդհնարապես ՀՀ կյանքում մեզ համար նոր և անծանոթ տեսարաններ են բացվում, երբեմն այդ տեսարանները մեզ համար զարմանալի են, երբեմն էլ այդ տեսարանները մեզ համար նոր օրակարգեր են բերում, բայց երբեմն մենք սկսում ենք տարակուսել՝ ինչքանով կկարողանանք սպասարկել այդ օրակարգերը, որովհտեև դրանք մեծ և անսպասելի օրակարգեր են։

Բայց եթե մենք տեսնում ենք այդ տեսարանը, դա նշանակում է , որ մենք այդ շրջադարձի գագաթը հատել ենք և գտնվում ենք բոլորովին ուրիշ ճանապարհի վրա և ճանապարհը շարունակվում է և այդ ճանապարհին ինչքան նոր տեսարաններ մենք տեսնենք, նշանակում է այնքան առաջ ենք ընթացել»,-ասել է Փաշինյանը։
