Կոնվերս Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը BACEE հոբելյանական համաժողովի շրջանակում հանդես է եկել «Connected, Convenient, Converse. Mobile Banking Reimagined» թեմայով բանախոսությամբ՝ ներկայացնելով Բանկի թվային փոխակերպման ընթացքը և ապագա զարգացումների տեսլականը։

Բանկի թվային փոխակերպման գործընթացը մեկնարկել է 2023թ․, երբ Կոնվերս Բանկը նպատակադրեց ավանդական մոդելից անցում կատարել տեխնոլոգիական, տվյալահեն և մարդակենտրոն բանկային միջավայրի։ Գործընթացի հիմքում «Բանկ ընտանիքների համար» գաղափարն է, որի իրականացումը հնարավոր էր միայն արդյունավետ թիմային աշխատանքի, թափանցիկության վրա հիմնված բիզնես մշակույթի և գործընթացների պարզեցման շնորհիվ։

Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանը նշել է. «Մեր նպատակն է տեխնոլոգիան դարձնել բանկային մշակույթի անբաժանելի մաս՝ ձևավորելով փոխկապակցված, հարմարավետ և մարդակենտրոն ֆինանսական էկոհամակարգ»։

Ընդգրկուն և արդյունավետ աշխատանքների շնորհիվ 2023թ․-ին Բանկը ներկայացավ նոր բրենդային ինքնությամբ՝ գործարկելով Digital Family հարթակն ու C360 համակարգը։ 2024թ․ ներդրվեցին վարքագծային UX լուծումներ, իսկ 2025թ․-ին Կոնվերս Բանկը ներկայացրեց նոր Converse Mobile հավելվածը, որը հիմնված է օգտատերերի վարքագծային արքետիպերի վրա և առանձնանում է մոդուլային (drag-and-drop) ինտերֆեյսով, անհատականացված դիզայնով և անվտանգության բարձր մակարդակով։

Այսօր Կոնվերս Բանկը գործում է որպես ճկուն, տվյալահեն թվային էկոհամակարգ՝ կենտրոնացած հաճախորդի փորձառության վրա։ Բանկն աստիճանաբար ընդլայնում է իր ծառայությունները և C360, lifestyle և ՓՄՁ աջակցության լուծումների միջոցով ինտեգրվում ավելի լայն էկոհամակարգի մեջ։

Ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ Անդրանիկ Գրիգորյանն ասել է. «Մեր նպատակն է ստեղծել ֆինանսական փորձառություն, որն անտեսանելի է, բայց միշտ ներկա և օգտակար։ Փոխակերպումը չունի վերջնակետ․ դա մեր ռիթմն է, մեր աճի պատմությունն ու ապագա զարգացման հիմքը»։

Նշենք, որ BACEE հոբելյանական համաժողովը կայացել է հոկտեմբերի 20-21-ը Վիեննայում, որի Ադամանդե հովանավորն էր Կոնվերս Բանկը։
