Համագործակցելով Պարետատան, ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարության և Վրաստանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանության հետ՝ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը իրականացրել է համապատասխան աշխատանքներ՝ ապահովելու Վրաստանի ազգությամբ հայ քաղաքացիների մուտքը ՀՀ տարածք՝ առանց 14-օրյա ինքնամեկուսացման պայմանի կիրառման:

Վրաստանի իշխանությունների հետ ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն՝ վերոնշյալ քաղաքացիների անխափան տեղաշարժի և սահմանի անցակետում մուտքի կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ: Այդ նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք մուտք գործելու թույլտվություն ստացած Վրաստանի քաղաքացիները պետք է կապ հաստատեն Վրաստանի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կամ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Վրաստանի դեսպանության հյուպատոսական բաժնի հետ՝ տեղաշարժման անցակետի և ժամկետների մանրամասներին տեղեկանալու համար:

Միասնական քննություններ

Համանման աշխատանքներ էին տարվել նաև հուլիսի 1-ին տասնօրյակում ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2020-2021 ուսումնական տարվա ընդունելությանը մասնակցելու նպատակով օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի հանդիսացող 84 սփյուռքահայերի մուտքը ապահովելու համար: Միսանական քննություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով՝ առցանց դիմում-հայտ են ներկայացրել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի հանդիսացող 84 սփյուռքահայեր (Վրաստան` 69, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն՝ 14 և ԱՄՆ՝ 1) և Հայաստանից դուրս գտնվող 11 ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ։ Պարետի թույլտվությամբ վերոնշյալ դիմորդները 2020 թ. հունիսի 25-ից անարգել մուտք են գործել ՀՀ տարածք՝ հուլիսի առաջին տասնօրյակում ընդունելության քննություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով: Արդյունքում՝ միասնական քննություններին մասնակցած Վրաստանի 17 քաղաքացիներ ընդունվել են ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ։

ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումնառելու նպատակով 2020-2021 ուսումնական տարվա համար ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն են դիմել 670 սփյուռքահայեր 29 երկրից, որոնցից շուրջ 210-ը՝ Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ: Դիմորդների մի մասը մասնակցում է սփյուռքահայերին հատկացված բակալավրիատի կրթական ծրագրով պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար) առկա ուսուցմամբ տեղերի մրցույթին, որոնք տրվել են սփյուռքի համար առաջնային համարվող հայագիտական, մանկավարժական և արվեստի բնագավառի մասնագիտություններով:

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի հրամանով փոփոխություն է կատարվել ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում 2020-2021 ուսումնական տարվա օտարերկրացիների և սփյուռքահայերի փաստաթղթերի ընդունման (վճարովի համակարգի ուսուցման) ժամկետներում: Մասնավորապես, վճարովի առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունելության համար ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն փաստաթղթերի ներկայացման ժամկետ է սահմանվել մինչև 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 15-ը ներառյալ:
