Թրամփը կրկին շփոթել է Հայաստանը Ալբանիայի հետ

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը կրկին շփոթել է Հայաստանը Ալբանիայի հետ։ «Ես լուծեցի մի բան, որը թվում էր անլուծելի։ Ադրբեջան և Ալբանիա։ Այս հակամարտությունը շարունակվում է շատ տարիներ։ Իմ գրասենյակում էին երկու երկրների վարչապետներն ու նախագահները։ Նրանք նստած էին շատ հեռու՝ մեկ աթոռ այստեղ, մեկ աթոռ այնտեղ։ Ես ասացի. Մոտեցեք, միացեք, եկեք․․․․Ես ասացի. Եկեք գրկախառնվենք և հաշտվենք։ Եվ մենք, ի վերջո, լուծեցինք խնդիրը»,- հայտարարել է Թրամփը։

Ի դեպ, օգոստոսի 8-ից հետո սա Թրամփի առաջին սայթաքումը չէ։ Ավելի վաղ ամերիկյան նախագահը հարցազրույց էր տվել լրագրող Մարկ Լևինի յութուբյան ալիքին ու անդրադարձել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում իր դերին։ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան կարգավորման գործընթացին անդրադառնալիս Թրամփը ճիշտ չէր արտասանել Ադրբեջան բառը, իսկ Հայաստանն անվանել էր Ալբանիա։

Այս սայթաքումները խորհրդանշական են։ Մինչ Թրամփը Վաշինգտոնում հայտարարում էր, թե նոր ընկերներ է ձեռք բերել՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու Իլհամ Ալիևի, փաստացի նա նույնիսկ չի էլ հիշում հարավկովկասյան պետությունների անունները։ Ըստ էության, Ալիևն ու Փաշինյանը նրան միայն հարկավոր էին Նոբելյան մրցանկին առաջադրելու համար, իսկ մնացած աշխարհաքաղաքական վերլուծություններն ու լուրջ դեմքով արված հայտարարությունները պարզապես՝ փուչիկ։

ԱՄՆ նախագահը, թերևս, քարտեզի վրա չի էլ կարողանա ցույց տալ Հայաստանի կամ Ադրբեջանի տեղը, բայց հավակնում է «խաղաղություն բերել»։ Սա էլ վկայում է ԱՄՆ առաջնորդությամբ ընթացող պրոցեսի անլրջությունը։
