Իջեւանի բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 20 անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Իջեւան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2019թ. հուլիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններից սկսած, մի խումբ անձինք, ապօրինի ծառահատումների դեմ պայքարի խստացման հետ կապված իրենց դժգոհություններն արտահայտելու նպատակով փակել են Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի Իջեւան քաղաքի Երեւանյան ու Իջեւանյան փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկի հատվածը՝ խոչընդոտելով ճանապարհատրանսպորտային երթեւեկության բնականոն ընթացքին:

Չենթարկվելով ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների՝ երթեւեկելի մասն ազատելու, տրանսպորտի երթեւեկությանը խոչընդոտող գործողությունները եւ հասարակական կարգի խախտումը դադարեցնելու օրինական պահանջներին՝ հավաքի մասնակիցների մի մասը վնասել են նշված խաչմերուկում գտնվող հասարակական տրանսպորտի կանգառի թիթեղյա ծածկը, քարեր նետելով կոտրել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության հաշվեկշռում հաշվառված «ՊԱԶ-32054» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ապակին, ինչպես նաեւ՝ ավտոմեքենաների խցանման մեջ հայտնված «Ռենո պրեմիում» մակնիշի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայի դիմապակին, ձեռքերով, ոտքերով, քարերով եւ ծառերից պոկված փայտերով հարվածներ են հասցրել ոստիկանության ծառայողներին՝ նրանց նկատմամբ գործադրելով կյանքի եւ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն, որի հետեւանքով վերջիններս ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 20 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի (իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը) 1-ին մասով: Նրանցից 12-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը, որը հետագայում փոխարինվել է գրավով, իսկ 8-ի նկատմամբ՝ ընտրվել է ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

20 մեղադրյալների մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, եւ քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատախազին:
