Աշխատանք բոլորի համար։ Բարեկեցություն բոլորի համար: Տիպիկ հայաստանյան տեսարան, որը նկարագրում է իշխանավորների անգործությունը:

Աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացք. հայկական փոքր քաղաք կամ գյուղ, իրար հետ կանգնած աշխատունակ և եռանդուն հայ տղամարդիկ ստիպված են իրենց զբաղեցնել նարդի խաղալով: Հուսահատությամբ լցված, երբեմնի հաջողությունները հիշելով: Մարդիկ փաստացի զրկվել են լավ կյանքի մասին նույնիսկ երազելու կարողությունից:

Այսօրվա նման իրականության միակ պատասխանատուն այս իշխանությունն է՝ մեր ժողովրդի համար արժանապատիվ հնարավորություններ չստեղծելով, հուսահատեցնելով, բարեկեցիկ ապագայի նկատմամբ հավատը կոտրելով:

Ես վստահ կարող եմ պնդել, որ չնայած այս ծանրագույն պայմաններին՝ կարող ենք շատ արագ ապահովել անհրաժեշտ ու կոնկրետ լուծումներ՝ ուղղված մեր ժողովրդի բարեկեցությանը:

Հայաստանը տարեկան ներմուծում է մոտ 4 մլրդ դոլարով ավելի ապրանք, քան արտահանում է: Սա նշանակում է, որ առկա է մեծ պոտենցիալ մեր երկրում արտադրությունների կառուցման, շահավետ ներդրումային ծրագրեր ստեղծելու համար՝ հատկապես շրջանների բնակիչներին ապահովելով արժանապատիվ աշխատանքով:

Շատ կարճ ժամանակում կարող ենք ներգրավել միջազգային խոշոր ներդրողների՝ իրենց արտադրական հզորություններով, խթանել տեղական բիզնեսը՝ թիրախային պետական աջակցության ծրագրերով, այլ ոչ թե «փայ մտնել», կամ փորձել «խլել»:

Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում բարեփոխումները պետք է լինեն իրական, հողի վրա. գյուղացու բերքը մթերող ընկերությունների մեջ այնքան շատ մրցակցություն պետք է լինի, որ ապրանքը վաճառելով՝ գյուղացին վերջապես շահույթ պետք է կարողանա ստանալ՝ ապահովելով իր ընտանիքի բարեկեցությունը:

Իսկ մեր գյուղմթերքը լավ հումք կարող է լինել սննդի արդյունաբերության զարգացման:

Մի քանի տարում միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող խոշոր ընկերությունները պետք է լինեն ներկայացված Հայաստանում և գործունեություն ծավալեն մեր երկրում, որի միջոցով ապահովվելու է տուրիզմի զարգացման տեմպերի որակապես նոր աճ ու նոր պայմաններ:

Վստահ եմ, որ այս և մի շարք տնտեսական այլ ծրագրեր շատ կարճ ժամանակում կփոխեն մեր ժողովրդի կյանքի որակը, ի վերջո կդադարի արտագաղթը և կլինի արժանապատիվ աշխատանքը բոլորի համար:
