Յունիբանկը կմասնակցի Հայաստանում անշարժ գույքի և կառուցապատման ոլորտի միջազգային ամենամեծ ցուցահանդես-վաճառքին՝ TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025-ին, որը կկայանա սեպտեմբերի 5-7-ը Մերիդիան կենտրոնում: Բանկն իր տաղավարում կներկայացնի շահավետ առաջարկներ՝ նպատակ ունենալով ավելի հասանելի դարձնել բնակարանի ձեռքբերումը:

Յունիբանկն առաջարկում է հիփոթեքային վարկեր առաջնային կամ երկրորդային շուկայում բնակելի անշարժ գույք ձեռք բերելու համար՝ առանց կանխավճարի և եկամուտների վերլուծության: Վարկը տրամադրվում է մինչև 240 ամիս ժամկետով:

Բանկը շահավետ առաջարկ է մշակել նաև այն հաճախորդների համար, ովքեր արդեն իսկ ունեն հիփոթեքային վարկեր այլ բանկերում կամ վարկային կազմակերպություններում և ցանկանում են կատարել վերաֆինանսավորում: Գործող վարկը կարելի է տաղափոխել Յունիբանկ՝ տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը սահմանելով 11.95%:

Կառուցապատողից բնակարան, թաունհաուս կամ ավտոկայանատեղի ձեռք բերելու համար բանկն ընձեռում է տարաժամկետ ֆինանսավորման հնարավորություն: Առավելագույն գումարը կազմում է 100 մլն ՀՀ դրամ, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը՝ 0%:

Ցուցահանդեսի այցելուները հնարավորություն կունենան իրականացնել վարկերի նախահաստատումը հենց տեղում՝ Յունիբանկի տաղավարում:

Ապահովելով լայն համագործակցություն կառուցապատողների հետ՝  Յունիբանկն ակտիվ աշխատում է hիփոթեքային վարկավորման ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում՝ պետական ծրագրերով: 2024 թվականին բանկի հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելը գրեթե կրկնապատկվել է: Յունիբանկը դարձել է նաև Արցախի առանձին շրջաններից տեղահանված ընտանիքների համար բնակարանային մատչելիության ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրի հիմնական մասնակիցներից մեկը:
