Հայաստանում պետական հարթակ կստեղծվի անշարժ գույքի վաճառքի մասին բոլոր հայտարարությունները ստուգելու համար։ «Ռիելթորական գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին այս նախագիծն այսօր հավանության արժանացավ ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ և կներկայացվի լիագումար նիստերի քննարկմանը:

Հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ ՀՀ կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Սուրեն Թովմասյանը հստակեցրեց, որ էլեկտրոնային հարթակը կգործի կոմիտեին կից։

Նրա խոսքով` 2027 թվականից մասնագիտացված կայքերում տեղադրված վաճառքի բոլոր հայտարարությունները պետք է ավտոմատ կերպով ստուգվեն այս հարթակում, որպեսզի, օրինակ, բնակարանի առքուվաճառքի համար բոլոր փաստաթղթերն առկա լինեն։

«Եթե սեփականատերը ցանկանում է հայտարարություն տեղադրել որևէ կայքում, այնտեղից այն ավտոմատ կերպով կուղղվի կադաստրի հարթակ։ Եթե նա կսկսի իր քայլերը կոմիտեին կցված պաշտոնական հարթակից, ապա փաստաթղթերի ստուգումից հետո այն օգտատիրոջը կառաջարկի ընտրել համապատասխան մասնագիտացված կայքեր։ Ի դեպ, այս հարթակի հետ կապ չունեցող կայքերը չեն կարող ընդունել անշարժ գույքի վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններ»,- նշել է նա։

Բացի այդ, ռիելթորներն իրենց աշխատանքն իրականացնելու համար պետք է ունենան բարձրագույն կրթություն և անհրաժեշտ վկայական ստանալու համար պետք է հանձնեն թեստային քննություն։
