Օգոստոսի 30-ին, իմ մեծ ընկեր, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախկին նախագահ Բակո Սահակովիչ Սահակյանը դառնում է 65 տարեկան։ Վաղը իմ մեկ այլ ընկերոջ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության առաջին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Սեդրակովիչ Քոչարյանի ծննդյան օրն է։ Այս մասին գրել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ հարցերով կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։

«Տղամարդկանց մեջ նախկին ընկերներ չկան։ Ես իմ պարտքն էի համարել և համարում եմ շնորհավորել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, որին  հայկական իշխանությունները շարունակում են հետապնդել նույնիսկ այն բանից հետո, երբ ստիպված էին նրան ազատ արձակել բանտից։ Բայց, ցավոք, չեմ կարող զանգահարել  և շնորհավորական հեռագիր ուղարկել իմ ընկեր Բակոյին։ Ինձ մոտ կամ ծանոթ  ԼՂ մյուս ղեկավարների հետ միասին նա արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ Բաքվի բանտում է։

Բակո Սահակյանը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բոլոր հայերը դավաճանության զոհ են դարձել։ Մենք Ռուսաստանում, հատկապես Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո, հատկապես հիմա, պետք է լավ հասկանանք, թե ինչ է դավաճանությունը։ Ես ուզում եմ, որ Բակո Սաակովիչը, Ռոբերտ Սեդրակովիչը և բոլորը իմանան, որ Ռուսաստանում շատ մարդիկ կան, շատ ավելին, քան հայերը Հայաստանում և նույնիսկ ընդհանրապես աշխարհում, ովքեր հիշում են, հարգում և կարեկցում:

Բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ արդարության ժամանակը կգա»,- գրել է նա։
