Ինչու՞ է Նիկոլը հետապնդում գողականներին

Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի իրավապահները լծված են գողական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների ձերբակալություններով... Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ կյանքի է կոչվում "օրենքով գողերի" դեմ ընդունված օրենքը՝ հանրությանն ապացուցելու, որ դա "մեռած" օրենք չէր... Սակայն իրականությունն ավելի պարզ է...
Ի սկզբանե այս օրենքի ընդունման պահով այն կարծիքին եմ եղել, որ Նիկոլն իր այս "հակագողական" օրենքով փորձելու է կապանքների մեջ պահել գողական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին և օգտագործել նրանց հնարավորությունները հօգուտ իրեն և իր քաղաքական թիմի...
Այս երկու տարվա մեջ Նիկոլը հասկացավ, որ իր թիմակիցների 95 տոկոսը մնաց այն նույն "ոչինչը", ինչ եղել էր մինչ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունները, երբ իր ուսերին նստեցրած դրանց բերեց օրենսդիր մարմին... Մարզպետների մեծ մասին տեղերում ոչ միայն շատերը չեն ճանաչում, այլև չեն էլ հարգում և ընդունում... Իսկ ՏԻՄ-երում Նիկոլը գրեթե ոչ ոքի չունի... Ու քանի որ արդեն մյուս տարի նախատեսվում են ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ, Նիկոլը հասկացել է, որ իր ապիկար թիմակիցների վրա հույս դնելը կործանարար է, ենթադրաբար որոշել է գնալ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ճանապարհով, որը բացի խոշոր և տեղական օրիգարխիաների վրա հույսը դնելուց, երբևէ չի թաքցրել իր "թուլությունը" գողական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ, որոնք էլ իրենց շնորհակալությունն էին հայտնում Բաղրամյան 26-ի տիրակալին՝ ակտիվորեն տեղերում լծվելով իշխանական թեկնածուների և իշխանական կուսակցության համար ձայներ բերելով... Սակայն ի տարբերություն Սերժի` գողականների սիրաշահող քաղաքականությանը, Նիկոլը գողականներից օգուտ ստանալու՝ հատկապես ընտրություններին ձայներ բերելու համար, շանտաժի ոճն է ընտրել՝ հետները խոսում է համապատասխան օրենքով և ասֆալտին փռելով՝ կազմակերպելով մասկի շոուներ... Այն գողականները, որոնք համաձայնվում են Նիկոլի պայմաններին, որոշ ժամանակ անց ազատ կարձակվեն, իսկ չհամաձայնվողները՝ կմնան անազատության մեջ և նույնիսկ որպես պատիժ կարող են արտաքսվել այն երկրներ, որտեղ վերջիններիս նկատմամբ հետախուզում է հայտարարված...
Ամեն դեպքում գողական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչները մի բան պետք է լավ գիտենան. այս իշխանությունները և հատկապես Նիկոլը՝ անշնորհակալ են... Նրանց համար լավ դաս պետք է լինի Արամ Վարդանյանի՝ Վստրեչի Ապերի նկատմամբ Նիկոլի վերաբերմունքը, ով, ըստ լուրերի, ժամանակին օգնել է Նիկոլին և նրա ընտանիքին...
