Մեկնարկել է աշակերտներին, ուսուցիչներին և ծնողներին սոցիալ-հոգեբանական աջակցության տրամադրման ծրագիրը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունն ամիսներ առաջ դիմել էր Ասիական զարգացման բանկին (ADB)՝ կորոնավիրուսի տարածմամբ պայմանավորված արտակարգ դրության և հեռավար կրթության պայմաններում աշակերտներին, ուսուցիչներին և ծնողներին սոցիալ-հոգեբանական աջակցության տրամադրման նպատակով դրամաշնորհային ծրագիր իրականացնելու առաջարկով։

Անցկացված դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի մրցույթի արդյունքում, Ասիական զարգացան բանկի «Քաղաքացիական հասարակության աջակցությունը Հայաստանում առցանց կրթությանը» ծրագրի շրջանակում, Մանկական զարգացման հիմնադրամը սկսել է հետազոտել COVID-19 համավարակով պայմանավորված՝ առցանց ուսուցման ժամանակ տարրական դպրոցի ուսուցիչների, աշակերտների և նրանց ծնողների հոգեբանական խնդիրները։

Ծրագրի նպատակներից է ուսումնասիրել, թե ինչ խնդիրների են բախվել վերոնշյալ խմբերը և հատկապես ինչն է սթրեսային իրավիճակ ստեղծել։ Ծրագրում ընդգրկված փորձագետները վստահ են, որ հեռավար շփումը, տևական մեկուսացումը, ամբողջովին տեղափոխումն առցանց կրթության հարթակ և թվային տեխնոլոգիաներին տիրապետելու խնդիրը երեխաների, ծնողների և ուսուցիչների համար անհետևանք չեն լինի։

«Այս ծրագրի իրականացումը կօգնի նաև հզորացնել դպրոցական համակարգում հոգեբանական ծառայությունները՝ աշակերտներին և ծնողներին շարունակական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու, կրթության կազմակերպման համատեքստում նախկին ռիթմը պահպանելու, ինչպես նաև ճգնաժամային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված սթրեսները նվազեցնելու նպատակով»,-նշել է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:

«Մեր հետազոտությունը վերաբերելու է տարրական դպրոցին, որտեղ սովորում է 154.409 աշակերտ։ Հետազոտության մեջ ընդգրկված է բանիմաց մասնագիտական թիմ, և վստահ եմ, որ ծրագրի ավարտին մենք լուրջ արդյունք կունենանք ինչպես աջակցության գործիքներ ստեղծելու, այնպես էլ կարողությունների զարգացման առումով»,-իր հերթին ընդգծել է Մանկական զարգացման հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Լուսինե Սիմոնյանը։
