Իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը դժգոհ է նախօրեին Գորիսում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական հավաքի արդյունքներից։ Մոտ 200 անձանց հավաքելով Գորիս հյուրանոցում՝ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում էր ստանալ բոլորի աջակցությունը, ինչպես նաև պարզել տրամադրություններն առաջիկա «ֆորս-մաժորային» քաղաքական զարգացումներին ընդառաջ։ Ընդ որում, ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ժողովի մասնակիցների մեծամասնությունն աշխատել է ոչինչ չխոսել, առանձնապես աչքի չընկնել, հիմնականում նույն այն մարդիկ են տոն տվել, ովքեր առավոտից իրիկուն իշխող ուժի գիծն են տանում սոցցանցերում, տարբեր հեռուստահաղորդումներում, խորհրդարանում։

Ըստ էության, «Քաղպայմանագրում» հրաշալի հասկանում են, թե ինչ է իրենց առաջիկայում սպասվում, բայց և չեն կարողանում բացեիբաց Փաշինյանին հայտնել, որ չեն ցանկանում նրան աջակցել, ուստի առայժմ սպասելու են այնքան, մինչ ջրերը զուլալվեն, և պարզ լինի, թե ինչ է սպասվում գործող իշխանություններին։ Հատկապես այժմ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի ակտիվացումից, ինչպես նաև տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի ու Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դրսևորած ակտիվությունից հետո, ՔՊ-ում հասկանում են, որ իրենց օրերը հաշված են։ Փաշինյանն էլ, որ մինչև վերջ մտադիր է պայքարել իր իշխանության համար, ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ բոլոր թիմակիցների աջակցությունը ստանալ հնարավոր չէ։

Շատերը վախենում են, նաև մտածում, որ անհրաժեշտ պահին Փաշինյանը կարող է փախչել իր ընտանիքի և մերձավորների հետ՝ իրենց միայնակ թողնելով ողջ հասարակության և նոր իշխանությունների առջև, իսկ այդ դեպքում ստիպված է լինելու բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխանել։ Այժմ, պասիվ դիրքորոշում ձեռք որդեգրելով, հետագայում փորձելու են՝ դա «վաճառել» նոր իշխանություններին, իբր իրենք պատասխանատվություն չեն կրում փաշինյանական իշխանության հանցանքների համար։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանն արդեն նույնիսկ ընտրական ցուցակն է գրել, որի մեջ բազմաթիվ գործող քպականներ բացակայում են։ Վերջիններս նույնիսկ չեն էլ տեղեկացվելու, միայն վերջին պահին, երբ փաստաթղթերը հավաքած լինեն, նոր ընտրական ցուցակ են ներկայացնելու Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով, ինչպես դա եղավ 2021 թվականի ընտրություններին, երբ տասնյակից ավել քպականների պարզապես ոչինչ չասելով՝ դուրս էին թողել ընտրական ցուցակից։ Այժմ էլ գրեթե նույնն է սպասվում, բայց մի տարբերությամբ, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն այլևս հաղթելու որևէ հնարավորություն չունեն։
