Այս տարի խաղողի մթերման գինը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 1 կգ-ի դիմաց նվազել է 10-15 դրամով և դեռ հայտնի էլ չէ, թե արդյոք գործարանները ամբողջությամբ կընդունեն խաղողի բերքը, թե` ոչ: Քայլառատ իշխանություններն արդեն սկսել են իրենց ապահովագրել, թե մթերող գործարանները մասնավոր են և իրենք չեն կարող ոչինչ պարտադրել նրանց, հետևաբար գյուղացին թող ինքն իր խնդիրները լուծի: Գյուղացիներն էլ այսօր դուրս էին եկել փողոց և իրենց բողոքի ձայնն էին բարձրացնում, ինչպես բողոքում էին նախկին, նախկինի նախկին ու ավելի նախկին իշխանությունների ժամանակ: Ոնց էին լուծում նախկինները մթերման խնդիրը` գիտեն իրենք ու մթերողները, բողոքելով կլիներ թե ճանապարհ փակելով` խաղողը մթերվում էր ու ավելի բարձր գնով, քան թե այժմ` «հեղափոխությունից» հետո, Նիկոլի թվին: Ոնց են խաղողագործները վաճառելու իրենց բերքը, փակելու վարկերն ու ապրուստի հարցը լուծելու` չգիտի ոչ ոք, որովհետև Նիկոլը զբաղված է խաղողի դաշտերը «ասֆալտ» անելով և ամենևին ժամանակ չունի պետական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու մթերող գործարաններին, որպեսզի նրանք էլ կարողանան խաղող ընդունեն և ընդունեն գոնե նախորդ տարվա արժեքով, եթե ոչ ավելի թանկով:

Դատելով Նիկոլի ցուցաբերած անտարբերությունից` կարելի ասել, որ մինչև ՍԴ կազմը ամբողջովին չփոխվի` խաղողի մթերման հարցը չի լուծվի:
