Գլոբալ մարտահրավերները ապացուցում են, որ միջազգային հարաբերությունների ռազմավարական զարգացումը անմիջականորեն կախված է երիտասարդության՝ որպես հասարակության ամենաշարժուն, ակտիվ և առաջադեմ մասի, ներուժի արդյունավետ ձևավորումից և օգտագործումից։

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը այն երկրներից է, որը պայմաններ է ստեղծում քաղաքական դիսկուրսից դուրս երիտասարդության միջազգային հարաբերությունների, կապերի և միջմշակութային հաղորդակցության հաստատման համար։ 2024 թվականին հաջողությամբ անցկացվել է ավելի քան 60 միջոցառում, այդ թվում՝ արտերկրում, որոնց մասնակցել են 190 երկրներից ժամանած մասնակիցներ։ Նման համաժողովների, ֆորումների և փառատոների առաջնահերթ խնդիրը ոչ միայն խոստումնալից երիտասարդությանը աջակցելն է, այլև երիտասարդական փոխանակումների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության, ազգամիջյան և միջէթնիկ փոխազդեցության հաստատման խթանումը։

Այս աշխատանքը մնում է արդիական նաև 2025 թվականին։ Մոտ ապագայում Երիտասարդության հարցերով դաշնային գործակալությունը (Ռոսմոլոդեժ) իր գործընկերների հետ համատեղ նախատեսում է անցկացնել մի շարք միջոցառումներ, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն երիտասարդներին ներգրավելու ընդհանուր մարդասիրական տարածքի զարգացմանը և միջազգային նախագծերի իրականացմանը։ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 24-ից 29-ը Օրենբուրգում կկայանա «Եվրասիա գլոբալ» միջազգային երիտասարդական ֆորումը, որն իրականացվում է 2025 թվականի Համաշխարհային երիտասարդական փառատոնի «Մշակութային առաջնորդություն» ծրագրի շարունակության շրջանակներում:

Ֆորումի թեման վերաբերում է բազմակողմանի միջազգային համագործակցության զարգացմանը, մասնավորապես՝ տարբեր երկրների երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների և բարեկամության ակումբների միջև փոխգործակցության մոդելի կառուցմանը: 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ից սեպտեմբերի 14-ը Կալինինգրադում կանցկացվի «Շշուկ» համառուսաստանյան երիտասարդական կրթական ֆորումը, որը կմիավորի ավելի քան 1200 մեդիա մասնագետների ամբողջ Ռուսաստանից և արտերկրից։ Միջոցառման նպատակն է մեդիայի և լրագրության ոլորտում փորձի փոխանակումը։

Մշակութային, արվեստի և ստեղծագործական գործիչներ ամբողջ Ռուսաստանից, մերձավոր և հեռավոր արտասահմանից։  Հուլիսի 7-ից օգոստոսի 4-ը Մոսկվայի մարզի Սոլնեչնոգորսկ քաղաքում կանցկացվի «Նշանակությունների տարածք» համառուսաստանյան երիտասարդական կրթական ֆորումը։ Ֆորումը կներառի հինգ թեմատիկ նիստ, այդ թվում՝ արտասահմանյան փորձագետների, արտասահմանյան ՀԿ-ների և մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ նիստեր։

Ֆորումում քննարկվող հարցերից մեկը կլինի սոցիալական ինքնիշխանության և քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացման խնդիրը՝ փոխօգնության միջոցով։  Միջազգային երիտասարդական ֆորում 2025-ը կանցկացվի Նիժնի Նովգորոդի մարզում սեպտեմբերի 17-ից 21-ը։ Ֆորումը կմիավորի տարբեր ոլորտների՝ բիզնեսից մինչև գիտություն, երիտասարդ առաջնորդների՝ փորձի փոխանակման և բազմաբևեռ համագործակցության համատեքստում համատեղ նախագծեր պլանավորելու համար։
