Աննա Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Կառավարությունը հիմա էլ որոշեց լուծարել ՀՀ ՊՆ ենթակայության տակ գտնվող «Մայր Հայաստան» ռազմական պատմության թանգարանը և միացնել «Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարան» ՊՈԱԿ-ին՝ որպես մասնաճյուղ: Իսկ Հաղթանակ զբոսայգու տարածքը, որտեղ գտնվում է թանգարանը, հուշարձանը, բացօթյա ցուցադրություններն ու ծառուղիները, փոխանցվում է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությանը։

Հերթական ազգային կառույցը, որը լուծարելով` համակարգային օպտիմալացման քողի տակ, պատմական հիշողությունն են փորձում վերաիմաստավորել:

Առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ, թե կառավարման կենսունակությունն են փոխում, սակայն որը կարող է միայն արդարացված լինել դրա իրականացման ձևից ու բովանդակությունից` հանրային ու մասնագիտական շրջանակների ներգրավվածության ու վերահսկողության պարագայում։
Այդուհանդերձ, այս փոփոխության տակ կարելի է նկատել մի քանի նպատակ։

1. Ինստիտուցիոնալ կենտրոնացմամբ թանգարանների համակարգային կառավարումը տեղափոխվում է մշակութային գերատեսչության տակ: «Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարան» ՊՈԱԿ-ը դառնալով հովանավորող մարմին` տեսականորեն և այլ իրավիճակներում կարող էր բարելավել կառույցի կառավարչական և գիտամեթոդական մոտեցումները: Սակայն.

2. պաշտպանության նախարարության մշակութային ենթակառուցվածքների ռազմական բնույթն, ըստ էության, դուրս բերելով ՊՆ անմիջական կառավարման դաշտից ու տեղակայելով պատմամշակութային և կրթական դաշտում, ընկալվում է որպես զինվորական կառույցների “քաղաքացիականացում”, այսինքն՝ պատերազմական պատմության ներկայացումը դարձնում են ոչ թե գերազանցապես ռազմական, այլ պատմամշակութային համատեքստով։

Որքան էլ շեշտադրում արվի հնարավոր վարչարարական ռացիոնալության վրա, որոշումը, միևնույնն է, առաջացնում է մի շարք մտահոգիչ հարցեր՝ հատկապես հանրային և ազգային ինքնության տեսանկյունից։

Ինչ է արվում.

- Հիշողության վերաիմաստավորում. ռազմա-հայրենասիրական հիշողության Թանգարանը նվիրված է բացառիկ ազգային իրադարձություններին՝ Հայերի մասնակցությանը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմին և Արցախյան ազատամարտին։ Իսկ դրա ինքնուրույն կարգավիճակի կորուստով դեֆորմալիզացվում է հիշողությունն ու փոխվում են շեշտադրումները։

- Երկրորդ ամենակարևոր` Արցախի թեմայի ապաքաղաքականացումը, որը բնականաբար արվում է միտումնավոր ու շատ հստակ թշնամական պետության թելադրանքով և ուղղորդմամբ: Արցախյան պատերազմին նվիրված ցուցադրությունը թանգարանի առանցքային մասերից է։ Այլ հաստատության մասնաճյուղ դառնալով՝ թեման հանրային ուշադրության կենտրոնից դուրս է բերվում և վերաիմաստավորվում՝ կախված քաղաքական պրոցեսներից։

Այլ իրականությունում այսօրինակ վերակազմակերպումը գուցե հնարավոր դրական արդյունքներ ունենար, օրինակ`Թանգարանի բովանդակային և տեխնոլոգիական արդիականացման տեսանկյունից, պատմական պատումը` ներկայացնելով ավելի ընդլայնված և այլ ծրագրերին փոխկապակցված ձևով, կրթական ծրագրերի և հանրային այցելությունների միջոցով բարձրացնելով հասանելիությունն ու ճանաչելիությունը։ Սակայն միամտություն պիտի լինի կարծել, թե այօսրվա ռեժիմն ունակ է նման համատեքստով քայլերի. այս ու այլ ազգային կառույցների թիրախավորման հետևում ազգային ինքնության փոխակերպումն է, այ թե ուր, դա արդեն վաղուց գիտենք:
