Volkswagen-ը կկրճատի 20,000 աշխատակցի՝ վճարելով մինչև 400,000 եվրո փոխհատուցում

Գերմանական Volkswagen մեքենաշինական ընկերությունը հասել է իր ծախսերի կրճատման ծրագրի կարևորագույն հանգրվանի. տնօրենների խորհրդի տվյալներով՝ 20,000 աշխատակից արդեն համաձայնել է վաղաժամկետ հեռանալ աշխատանքից։ Նրանց մոտ երկու երրորդը թոշակի է անցնում, գրում է Bild-ը։

Ծրագիրը համաձայնեցվել է արհմիությունների հետ անցյալ տարվա վերջին և ենթադրում է, որ մինչև 2030 թվականը կոնցեռնի գերմանական գործարաններում կկրճատվի 35,000 աշխատատեղ։ Աշխատակիցներին, որոնք համաձայն են վաղաժամ ազատվել աշխատանքից, վճարվելու է փոխհատուցում. կախված նրանց աշխատանքային ստաժից, դա կարող է հասնել 400,000 եվրոյի։

Կրճատումներից բացի, VW-ն նախատեսում է կրճատել ինտերնատուրայի աշխատատեղերի քանակը. 2026 թվականից սկսած տարեկան կառաջարկվի ընդամենը 600 աշխատատեղ՝ 1,400-ի փոխարեն: Կոնցեռնի հաշվարկներով՝ այս միջոցառումները կխնայեն տարեկան մինչև 1,5 միլիարդ եվրո, որը ծախսվում էր աշխատավարձի վրա:

Բացի այդ, մոտ 130,000 աշխատակից համաձայնել է աշխատավարձի սառեցմանը: Բարձրացման փոխարեն, հինգ տոկոսը կփոխանցվի հատուկ հիմնադրամ, որը կֆինանսավորի, օրինակ, ճկուն աշխատանքային գրաֆիկները: Բացի այդ, չեղարկվում է ավելացված արձակուրդային վճարի վճարումը: IG Metall արհմիությունը պնդում է, որ այս քայլերի շնորհիվ առայժմ հնարավոր է եղել խուսափել գործարանների փակումից:
