«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության նիստը երեկ բավական թեժ է անցել։ Տարածված պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, թե քննարկվել են բանակի բարեփոխումների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև՝ կուսակցության հերթական համաժողովի կազմակերպմանն առնչվող հարցեր։ Արդեն վաղը խորհրդարանում ՔՊ-ն խմբակցության փակ նիստ է անելու, քննարկելու են փողով բանակից ազատվելու մասին օրինագիծը, հարցերին պատասխանելու է նաև »Շիշ բռնող» մականունով պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանը։ 

Փաշինյանը չափազանց զայրացել է օրենքը անկատար կերպով ներկայացնելու, ինչպես նաև՝ կուսակցության վարկանիշի հետ հերթական անգամ խաղալու համար։ Իշխող ուժն ամենևին չէր ակնկալում, որ նման կոշտ արձագանք է լինելու հանրության կողմից և այժմ փորձում են հետդարձի այլ մեթոդներ էլ մշակել։

Միաժամանակ, Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ, այսպես թե այնպես, այդ օրենքը իրենց համար անհրաժեշտություն է և հարկավոր է ավելի լավ պատրաստվել, քանի որ բացի ծառայության հարցը թեկուզ շատ վատ կերպով լուծելուց, այն նաև որոշակի ֆինանսներ կավելացնի բյուջեում։ 

Չի բացառվում, որ գործող իշխանություններն այս օրենքը որոշեն իսկապես հետաձգել և այն ներկայացնել արդեն խորհրդարանական հերթական ընտրություններից հետո՝ 2026 թ․-ին։ Ընդ որում, Փաշինյանը երեկ նաև հանձնարարել է քննարկել աղմկահարույց օրենքները հետաձգելու կամ ու հանրությանն առայժմ չգրգռելու հնարավորությունը։ Այս պահին արդեն ՔՊ-ն անցնում է լիակատար նախընտրական փուլ և հարկավոր է ոչ թե նվազեցնել իշխանության վարկանիշը, այլ ջանքեր գործադրել այն բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ։
