Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ մայիսի 26-ին «Երևանյան երկխոսություն» միջոցառման ընթացքում հնչեցրած դիրքորոշումը ոչ միայն ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ չէ փոխել իր Սահմանադրությունը՝ «տարածքային հավակնություններից» հրաժարվելու և խաղաղության  գործընթացում առկա խնդիրները լուծելու համար, այլև հարցեր է առաջացնում երկրի՝ խաղաղությանն առնչվող անկեղծության վերաբերյալ. նման պնդմամբ է հանդես եկել Ադրբեջանի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Այհան Հաջիզադեն:

«ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի պաշտոնական լուծարման կոչերի անտեսումը և այդ հարցը խաղաղության պայմանագրի հետ կապելը հարցեր է առաջացնում այն մասին, թե ինչու է Երևանը ձգտում պահպանել արդեն հնացած մի մեխանիզմ, որը չի համապատասխանում տարածաշրջանի նոր իրողություններին։ Քանի որ այն հակամարտությունը, որով զբաղվում էր Մինսկի խումբը, կարգավորվել է, Ադրբեջանը իրավամբ պահանջում է դրա լուծարումը։ Այս քայլի ձգձգումը միայն խորացնում է կասկածները Հայաստանի իրական մտադրությունների վերաբերյալ», - նշել է նա։

Հաջիզադեն անդրադարձել է նաև հաղորդակցային ուղիների բացման թեմային՝ նշելով․«Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշումը՝ կապված անխոչընդոտ տարանցման հետ, համահունչ է տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության և տնտեսական ինտեգրման սկզբունքներին և որևէ կերպ չի կարող մեկնաբանվել որպես Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք։ Հայաստանի դիմադրությունն ու բարդ տարանցիկ երթուղիների առաջարկը դանդաղեցնում են առաջընթացը և հակասում են տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության կարևորության վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին»։

Այսօր Փաշինյանն ասել էր, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարման օրակարգն ընդունելի է Երևանի համար և որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է առաջ շարժվել, բայց մյուս կողմից ցանկանում է հավաստիանալ, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը նույն կերպ են ընկալում իրավիճակը:

«Ուզում ենք հավաստիանալ, որ Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը չէ իր տարածքում հակամարտային իրավիճակը փակել  և արտահանել այն Հայաստանի տարածք»,-հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։
