IDBank-ը Կապանում է․ նոր մասնաճյուղի բացումը

Կապան քաղաքում IDBank-ը բացեց իր նոր մասնաճյուղը։ Հաճախորդների դրական արձագանքները Բանկի թիմն արդեն ստացել է․ նրանք ուրախությամբ են նշում, որ բացի առցանց գործարքներից, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կկարողանան նաև ֆիզիկապես սպասարկվել մասնաճյուղում։ 

Ինչպես Բանկի բոլոր մասնաճյուղերը, Կապան մասնաճյուղը ևս հագեցած է ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով և հարմարավետ սպասարկման համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր հնարավորություններով։

Վաճառքների կազմակերպման և տարածքային կառավարման վարչության ղեկավար Արթուր Քոչարյանի խոսքով՝ Բանկի համար կարևոր և առանցքային է Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր հատվածում ֆիզիկական ներկայություն ունենալ․ «Գիտենք, որ մեր սահմանային մարզերում բնակիչները ոգևորությամբ են ընդունում յուրաքանչյուր նորությունը, հատկապես, երբ հնարավորություն չունեն ժամանակի և հեռավորության տեսանկյունից հաճախ հասնել մայրաքաղաք և ֆիզիկապես կատարել իրենց անհրաժեշտ գործարքները: Այս պահին էլ բազմաթիվ շահավետ առաջարկներ ունենք մեր հաճախորդներին՝ IDSalary աշխատավարձային փաթեթը, ավիատոմսեր գնելու դիմաց 25% idcoin ստանալու արշավը և այլն։ Կապանի մասնաճյուղում էլ մեր հաճախորդները կարող են ծանոթանալ բոլոր առաջարկներին և օգտվել դրանցից», - ասաց Արթուր Քոչարյանը։ 

Այս միտքը փաստում են նաև Կապանի բնակիչները։ Կապանի բնակիչ Սվետլանա Մովսիսյանը նշեց, որ մարզային կյանքի համար շատ կարևոր են նման նախաձեռնությունները․ «Միանշանակ է, որ IDBank-ը թվային բանկինգի առումով առաջատարներից է, սակայն շատ կարևոր է նաև բանկի ֆիզիկական ներկայությունը, և վստահ եմ, որ նորաբաց այս մասնաճյուղը ավելի հարմարավետ կդարձնի հաճախորդների կյանքն ու կօգնի զարգացնել տեղական տնտեսությունը»։

Բանկի նոր մասնաճյուղը Կապանում գործում է արդեն մեկ ամիս և այդ ընթացքում բազմաթիվ նոր հաճախորդներ են ներգրավել, ինչպես նաև մասնաճյուղ են սկսել այցելել հավատարիմ հաճախորդները․ «IDBank-ը Կապանում և հարակից համայնքներում ուներ բազմաթիվ հաճախորդներ մինչև մասնաճյուղի բացումը, որոնց համար միշտ ցանկալի է եղել այս նորությունը։ Այս մասնաճյուղը մեր համագործակցությունը կդարձնի է՛լ ավելի հուսալի, իսկ հաճախորդների սպասարկումը՝ առավել հարմարավետ», - ասաց Կապանի համայնքապետարանի կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ Արշամ Սարգսյանը։ 

IDBank-ի Կապան մասնաճյուղը գործելու է Արամ Մանուկյան փողոց 1/68 հասցեում։ Այս պահին IDBank-ն ունի մասնաճյուղեր Երևանում, Էջմիածնում, Վանաձորում, Գյումրիում, Աբովյանում, Հրազդանում, Արմավիրում, Արտաշատում և Կապանում։

IDBank-ից հիշեցնում են, որ բանկային բոլոր գործարքները կարելի է կատարել նաև առցանց՝ IDBanking.am առցանց հարթակով կամ Idram&IDBank հավելվածով․ վերջինս ունի անհպում QR-վճարումներ ընդունող վաճառակետերի ամենամեծ ցանցը Հայաստանում՝ ավելի քան 23․500 վաճառակետ, որոնցից 10․000-ում առկա է նաև Rocket Line 0% թվային ապառիկով վճարման հնարավորությունը։
