Ամերիաբանկը համաձայնագիր է կնքել ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ` Ռիսկի բաշխման շրջանակի միջոցով հայկական բիզնեսին աջակցելու համար

Ամերիաբանկը 50 միլիոն եվրոյի Ռիսկի բաշխման շրջանակի (Risk Sharing Framework (RSF)) համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) հետ՝ հայաստանյան ընկերությունների համար ֆինանսական միջոցների հասանելիությունը բարելավելու նպատակով։ Համաձայնագրի ներքո ՎԶԵԲ-ը համաֆինանսավորելու է Ամերիաբանկի կողմից վարկառուներին տրամադրվող առանձին վարկերը։ Այս ֆինանսավորումը կօգնի հայկական ընկերությունների շրջանառու միջոցների կարիքների բավարարմանը, կաջակցի նրանց ընդլայնել իրենց գործունեությունը և բարձրացնել կլիմայի դիմակայունությունը։ 

Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրել են ՎԶԵԲ-ի ֆինանսական հաստատությունների գծով տնօրեն Ֆրենսիս Մալիժը և Ամերիաբանկի ֆինանսական գծով տնօրեն Հովհաննես Թորոյանը՝ Լոնդոնում ՎԶԵԲ-ի 2025թ․ Տարեկան ժողովի և Գործարար համաժողովի շրջանակներում։ 

Ռիսկի բաշխման շրջանակը ՎԶԵԲ-ի հիմնական ֆինանսավորման մեխանիզմներից մեկն է, որն ուղղված է տեղական մասնավոր ընկերությունների աջակցությանն ու նրանց զարգացմանը։ ՎԶԵԲ-ը գործընկեր բանկերին առաջարկում է ֆինանսավորվող կամ չֆինանսավորվող ռիսկի մասնակցության մեխանիզմներ՝ արտարժույթով կամ տեղական արժույթով համաֆինանսավորելով և երաշխավորելով գործընկեր բանկերի կողմից տրամադրվող վարկերը։

ՎԶԵԲ-ը Հայաստանում խոշորագույն ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրողներից է, որն արդեն իսկ իրականացրել է ավելի քան 2.5 միլիարդ եվրոյի ներդրումներ 224 ծրագրերի շրջանակներում: Նշված ներդրումների մեծ մասն ուղղվում է մասնավոր հատվածին։

Ամերիաբանկը Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենախոշոր վարկատուն է՝ 1.3 տրլն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր համախառն վարկային պորտֆելով, ներառյալ՝ 270 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ծավալով ՓՄՁ համախառն պորտֆելը՝ 2024 թ. տարեկան արդյունքների համաձայն։
