ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ-ն ու FMO-ն ընդլայնում են համագործակցությունը 25 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային պայմանագրով

ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ ԲԲ ընկերությունն ու Նիդերլանդների ձեռնարկատիրական զարգացման բանկը (FMO) հայտարարում են նոր՝ 25 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային պայմանագրի ստորագրման մասին, որով շարունակում և ընդլայնում են երկարամյա համագործակցությունը բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորման ոլորտում։

Նոր վարկային միջոցների 40%-ը կուղղվի կանաչ ծրագրերի, իսկ 60%-ը՝ սոցիալական անհավասարության կրճատմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորմանը։

ԱրարատԲանկի գործադիր տնօրեն Մհեր Անանյանը նշել է․ «FMO-ի հետ երկարատև համագործակցությունը նոր փուլ է մտնում այս պայմանագրով: Մեզ համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի կանաչ և սոցիալապես կարևոր ծրագրերի իրականացումը, որոնք կնպաստեն մեր երկրի կայուն զարգացմանը և կնվազեցնեն սոցիալական անհավասարությունը»:

Ռուհի Քոսգուն՝ ԵԿԱ ՄԱՀԱ տարածաշրջանի FMO-ի Ֆինանսական հաստատությունների ղեկավարը, հավելեց. «FMO-ի և ԱրարատԲանկի միջև ամուր և  հաջողված գործընկերությունը մեկնարկել է 2014 թվականից: FMO-ի տրամադրած նոր վարկը կնպաստի բնապահպանական ծրագրերի, փոքր բիզնեսների և կանանց կողմից ղեկավարվող ձեռնարկությունների զարգացմանը մի երկրում, որտեղ բնակչության գրեթե 30 տոկոսը գտնվում է աղքատության շեմին, ինչը լիովին համապատասխանում է FMO-ի ազդեցության օրակարգին։ Միաժամանակ, մենք ուրախ ենք նպաստել ԱրարատԲանկի վարկային պորտֆելի աճին և վերջինիս կայուն զարգացման ռազմավարությանը»:

Նիդերլանդների Թագավորության դեսպան Մարիկե Մոնրոյ-Վինթերը նշեց. «Ուրախ եմ ականատես լինել FMO-ի գործունեության ընդլայնմանը Հայաստանում և շարունակական համագործակցությանը ԱրարատԲանկի հետ: Այս համագործակցությունը ցույց է տալիս մեր ֆինանսատնտեսական գործընկերության մեծ ներուժը և համահունչ է վերջերս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Նիդեռլանդների Թագավորության միջև ստորագրված ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին համատեղ հռչակագրին»: 

Երկու ֆինանսական հաստատությունների համագործակցությունը սկսվել է 2014 թվականին՝ 15 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկային պայմանագրով, իսկ «NASIRA» վարկային պորտֆելի երաշխիքի շրջանակում ընդհանուր ֆինանսավորումը կազմել է մոտ 35 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ շուրջ 1,500 ՓՄՁ-ներին և գյուղատնտեսական ձեռնարկություններին ավելի քան 2,000 վարկ։ Մինչ այսօր FMO-ից ներգրավված ընդհանուր գումարը կազմում է ավելի քան 100 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար:
