Արձանագրենք, որ ինչպես Հայաստանն է բռնազավթված թուրք-ադրբեջանական օկուպացիոն ռեժիմի կողմից, այնպես էլ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը` ի դեմս ռեժիմի թիվ մեկ պրոպագանդիստ Պետրոս Ղազարյանի: Արձանագրենք նաև, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների հարկերից աշխատավարձ ստացող Պետրոս Ղազարյանը հայկական թիվ մեկ համապետական լրատվամիջոցն օգտագործում է, որպեսզի Հայաստանի հայությանը տեռորի ենթարկի Ադրբեջանի սպառնալիքներով` պարբերաբար տարբեր քաղաքական ու հասարակական գործիչների հարցազրույցների ժամանակ հղում անելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից համաձայնագրի հրաժարմանը կամ հարձակմանը, միով բանիվ` տարածում է Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարի բերանից դուրս թռած թեզերը:

Արցախի ժողովուրդը կարիք չունի ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ընդունելու մի պարզ պատճառով, որ արդեն շուրջ 30 տարի հանդիսանում է ՀՀ քաղաքացի և կրում ՀՀ քաղաքացու կապույտ անձնագիր` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիության նշումով, ու Պետրոսը դա շատ լավ գիտի: Ներկայիս վարչակարգի կողմից Արցախցիներին ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ընդունելու պարտադրանքով սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծումներից զրկելը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան տեռոր և հակաիրավական քայլ, այսիպիսի կեղծ գործընթացով լեգիտիմացնում են Արցախից հրաժարումը և մեր հայրենակիցներին փորձում դարձնել իրենց հանցագործությունների մասնակից:
