«Փաստը» գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման յոթ տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ արել են հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները փչացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Եվ ընդամենը մեկ դեպքում է, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին պատշաճ ընդունելություն է կազմակերպվել Երևանում. ՀՀ և ՌԴ դրոշներով մարդաշատ դիմավորման ակցիա էր տեղի ունեցել` ի պատիվ դաշնակից երկրի նախագահի։
2022թ. նոյեմբերի 23-ին Երևանում ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովն էր կայացել, որին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստան էր ժամանել նաև Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։

Վերջինիս շարասյանը Հաղթանակի կամրջի վրա դիմավորել էին հազարից ավելի քաղաքացիներ՝ «Միասին» և «Բարի գալուստ» պաստառներով։ Ակցիայի կազմակերպիչը հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, «Իմ երկիր, իմ Հայաստան» հասարակական շարժման ղեկավար, Ռուս-հայկական գործարար խորհրդի վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Ավետիսյանն էր։

Այս ակցիան առնվազն վերջին երկու տասնամյակների ընթացքում դաշնակից երկրին ուղղված միակ պոզիտիվ ակցիան էր Հայաստանում։

Ի դեպ, հենց այդ նույն այդ օրը արևմտամետները բողոքի ակցիաներ էին կազմակերպել ՌԴ նախագահի դեմ, իշխանություններն էլ թույլատրել էին Երևանում հանգրվանած ուկրաինացիներին բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպել։ Միաժամանակ ՀԱՊԿ նիստում էլ Փաշինյանը վերջնականապես փչացրեց հարաբերությունները ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի անդամների հետ՝ հրաժարվելով ստորագրել եզրափակիչ ակտը։

Հակառուսական այդ դրսևորումները եզակի չէին։ Հայաստանը հետագայում ընդունեց Հռոմի ստատուտը, ընդհուպ սպառնալիքներ տեղալով, որ Պուտինի՝ Հայաստան այցի դեպքում գլխավոր դատախազը պետք է որոշի՝ ձերբակալե՞լ, թե՞ ոչ։ Տարբեր դրվագներով օրվա իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ արեցին Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերություններ փչացնելու, ՌԴ-ին հարվածելու ուղղությամբ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ Հայաստանը մշտապես եղբայրական վերաբերմունք է ակնկալել Ռուսաստանից, միլիարդավոր տրանսֆերտները, որ ստացվում են Ռուսաստանից, օգնում են պահպանել ՀՀ տնտեսությունը, որը հազարավոր թելերով կապված է ՌԴ-ին և ԵԱՏՄ-ին։

Տարօրինակ է, բայց երկրում ունենալով իրենց ռուսամետ հռչակած տարբեր քաղական գործիչների ու կազմակերպությունների նման բազմություն` այդ որակի դաշնակցային միակ մեկ ժեստ է արձանագրվել՝ Մհեր Ավետիսյանի կազմակերպածը։ Իսկ միգուցե, եթե մեր ղեկավարները խոհեմ լինեին, այս օրինակով փորձեին հարաբերություններ կառուցել Ռուսաստանի հետ, չսրեին հարաբերությունները, իրավիճակը արմատապես այլ կլիներ, հայ-ռուսական շփումները վերելքի վրա կլինեին, իսկ Հայաստանն էլ աղետալի հետևանքների չէր բախվի։
