Deutsche Welle-ն հրապարակել է «Հայաստանի պայքարը հողի և ինքնության համար Կովկասում» վերտառությամբ վավերագրական ֆիլմ, որում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի պատմությանն ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությանը։

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վավերագրական ֆիլմում ներկայացվել են թեմայի վերաբերյալ որոշ փորձագետների և պաշտոնյաների կարծիքներ։ 

Վավերագրական ֆիլմում իրենց մասնակցությունն են ունեցել Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին, Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին, Եվրախորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Նատալի Լուազոն, ԵԱՀԿ խմբի ֆրանսիացի նախկին համանախագահ Ժակ Ֆորը, Րաբբի Ավիդան Ֆրիդմանը, Տարածաշրջանային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ռիչարդ Կիրակոսյանը, պատմաբան Կլեր Մուրադյանը, լրագրող Տիգրան Եղավյանը և քաղաքագետ Կայծ Մինասյանը։ 

«Հայաստան, լեռնային տարածք՝ Կովկասի սրտում։ Հայաստանն աշխարհում առաջին երկիրն է, որ մեր թվարկության 301 թվականին քրիստոնեությունն ընդունել է որպես պաշտոնական կրոն»,-այս տողերով է հեղինակը սկսում ֆիլմը։

Այն պատմում է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության պատմության մասին, այն մասին, թե ինչպես է երկրամասը հայտնվել Ադրբեջանի կազմում։ 

Ֆիլմում մանրամասն ներկայացված է, որ 2020-2023 թվականների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը ռազմական գործողությունների, էթնիկ զտումների ու զենքի սպառնալիքների միջոցով տեղաբնիկ ժողովրդին՝ հազարամյակներով իրենց հայրենի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ապրած հայ ժողովրդին, ստիպել է հեռանալ հայրենի բնօրրանից։ 

Ֆիլմում իրենց մասնակցությունն ունեցած անձինք ներկայացրել են Հայաստանի պատմությունը, մշակութային հզոր ժառանգությունը տարածաշրջանում և դարերի ընթացքում Հարավային Կովկասում մղած պայքարը։ 

Ֆիլմի հեղինակը նշել է․ «Հայաստանը պարտվել է պատերազմում, և Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղություն չի երևում, ուստի պետք է վերանայի իր պաշտպանությունը: Ռուսները դավաճանել են նրանց։ Ամերիկան հույսը դնում է Թուրքիայի վրա, իսկ Եվրոպան օգտագործում է Բաքվի գազը»։ 

Այս համատեքստում հեղինակը նշել է Ֆրանսիայից Հայաստանի զենքի գնումները։
