Երեկ՝ մարտի 28-ին, SHAMSHYAN.com-ը տեղեկություն էր հրապարակել Լոռու մարզում տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների մասին, երբ 18-20 դիմակավորված անձ ապօրինի մուտք էր գործել Հաղպատ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող «Անմոռ» ՓԲԸ-ին պատկանող փիրուզի հանքաքարի տարածք և փորձել էին հանքանյութ գողանալ:
 
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Արտակ Գուրջանյանի գլխավորությամբ, երբ հետապնդել են կասկածյալներից մեկին, ով եղել է գողոնով և ասել են, որպեսզի նա կանգնի, հակառակ դեպքում կկրակեն: 

Այդ կասկածյալը հայտնել է, որ ինքը նույնպես զենք ունի և կկրակի, ինչից հետո ոստիկաններից մեկը կրակոցներ է արձակել, որի հետևանքով էլ կասկածյալը հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել:
 
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նա Լոռու մարզի Շնող բնակավայրի բնակիչ Էդգար Խառատյանն է, ով տեղափոխվել է «Ալավերդի» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ բժիշկների կողմից անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո տեղափոխվել է Երևանի «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն: 

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, մարտի 23-ին արտակարգ դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 21։05-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Թումանյանի բաժնում տեղեկություն էր ստացվել, որ Հաղպատ բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող՝ «Անմոռ» ՓԲԸ-ին պատկանող փիրուզի հանքաքարի տարածքում այլ անձանց շարժ է նկատվել:

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ արդեն տեղում «Գարդիան Գրուփ» ընկերության անվտանգության աշխատակիցը ոստիկաններին հայտնել էր, որ մի քանի ժամ առաջ շուրջ 18-20 դիմակավորված անձինք մտել էին ընկերության տարածք և փորձել գողանալ փիրուզի հանքաքար, սակայն իրենք հորդորել ու պահանջել էին նշված տարածքից հեռանալ, այլապես կարող էին իրենց ամրակցված հրազենով կրակել, որին ի պատասխան նշված դիմակավորված անձինք ևս հայտնել էին, որ իրենք էլ զենք ունեն ու կկրակեն, որից իրենք վախենալով` զեկուցել էին իրենց ղեկավարին, իսկ պահնորդական ընկերության մյուս աշխատակիցները ռադիոկապի միջոցով ոստիկաններին հայտնել էին, որ այդ պահին էլ կրկին անձանց շարժ է նկատվում և փորձում են հանքաքար գողանալ, ինչի համար ոստիկանները անվտանգության աշխատակիցների հետ մոտեցել էին նշված վայր և մթության մեջ ժամը 01։20-ի սահմաններում շուրջ 25-30 մետր հեռավորության վրա նկատել էին ակնհայտ փիրուզի հանքաքարի գողություն կատարող անձի և ներկայանալով՝ որպես ոստիկանության ծառայողներ, փորձել էին բռնել, սակայն վերջինս պարկը ձեռքին դիմել էր փախուստի, ինչի համար ոստիկաները հորդորել էին, որ կանգնի, թե չէ կկրակեն, որին ի պատասխան հիշյալ անձը մթության մեջ իրենց ուղղությամբ պահելով ինչ-որ իր՝ ասել է, որ ինքն էլ զենք ունի, կկրակի, որին ի պատասխան ոստիկանության ծառայողը 2 անգամ իրեն ամրակցված «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակից նախազգուշական կրակոց է արձակել օդ։

Այս պահին նախաքննություն շահերից ելնելով որոշ հանգամանքներ չենք հայտնում։
