Մեր նախորդ հրապարակումներում ընթերցողներին պատմել ենք «Ծնվել եմ Արցախում» կրթական ծրագրի մասին, որն իրականացվում է Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր, UNICEF-ի ազգային դեսպան Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի նախաձեռնությամբ և նախատեսված է Արցախից տեղահանված տաղանդավոր երիտասարդ երաժիշտների համար: Այս նախաձեռնության նպատակն է արցախցի երաժիշտներին ներգրավվել դասական երաժշտության ասպարեզ, ցույց տալ, որ բազմաթիվ փորձություններից հետո նրանք այսօր միայնակ չեն իրենց հայրենիքում, և դասական ակադեմիական գործիքներ նվագող երիտասարդ երաժիշտները կարող են արժանապատիվ ճանապարհ հարթել արվեստի ոլորտում՝ իրենց տաղանդի ու աշխատասիրության շնորհիվ:

2024 թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 26-ին Երևանի Չայկովսկու անվան երաժշտական միջնակարգ մասնագիտական դպրոցում տեղի էր ունեցել «Ծնվել եմ Արցախում» կրթական ծրագրի մրցութային լսումների փուլը, որի արդյունքում արցախցի 500 երիտասարդ երաժիշտներից 23-ը դարձել էին ծրագրի շահառուներ:

Հինգ տարվա ընթացքում նրանք կմասնակցեն մասնագիտական դասերի Հայաստանի լավագույն պրոֆեսորների մոտ, ներկա կգտնվեն Հայաստանի սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի համերգներին, կայցելեն մեր երկրի տարբեր թանգարաններ, ռուսերեն և անգլերեն սովորելու հնարավորություն կունենան, 60 ամիս շարունակ դրամական և նյութական աջակցություն կստանան: Այս տարիների ընթացքում նախատեսվում են համերգային ելույթներ միջազգային փառատոններում, անդրադարձեր միջազգային մամուլում: Տարվելու է աշխատանք այն ուղղությամբ, որ մեր երիտասարդ երաժիշտները դառնան միջազգային մրցույթների դափնեկիրներ:

Երիտասարդ երաժիշտներն արդեն իսկ սկսել են իրենց կրթական ուղին, որը լի է լինելու փորձություններով, հնարավորություններով և ձեռքբերումներով: Կրթական այս ծրագիրը երիտասարդների առջև կբացի դռներ դեպի մեծ բեմեր ու միջազգային համագործակցություններ: Հնգամյա համապարփակ երաժշտական ​​կրթական ծրագիրը կապահովի երիտասարդ երաժիշտների բարձրորակ, կայուն երաժշտական կրթությունը և կընձեռի նրանց նոր հնարավորություններ: Այս ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի ոչ միայն զարգացնել արցախցի երիտասարդների երաժշտական ​​տաղանդը, այլ երաժշտության միջոցով ապահովել Արցախի մշակութային ինքնության պահպանումն ու առաջխաղացումը:

Մշտապես նշում ենք, որ երիտասարդ տաղանդավոր երաժիշտները միջազգային հարթակներում մեր պետության և մշակույթի դեսպաններն են: «Ծնվել եմ Արցախում» կրթական ծրագիրը հնարավորություն կտա երիտասարդներին միջազգային բեմերում հանդես գալ որպես Արցախի մշակութային դեսպաններ, բազմիցս խոսել իրենց ծննդավայրի մասին: Պատմությունն ու մշակույթը նաև այս կերպ են պահպանում:

Ցանկացած ճանապարհ ունի դժվարություններ ևս, դրանք հեշտ հաղթահարելի են, երբ կողքիդ կան մարդիկ, որոնց համար ևս կարևոր է մեր մշակույթի պահպանումն ու տարածումը: Ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն կարիք ունի աջակիցների ու բարերարների: «Ծնվել եմ Արցախում» ծրագիրը հնարավոր կլինի շարունակել նոր բարեգործությունների շնորհիվ: Շատ կարևոր է, որ մշակութային այս շարժմանը միանան նոր բարեգործներ:
