4,664,972 AMD – this is the impact of “The Power of One Dram” in February. The funds were directed toward a new program by “QaylTech”, which provides innovative mobility solutions. Thanks to the new equipment, eight individuals with disabilities will now have the opportunity to navigate any staircase․
The funds collected in March will be directed to the "Rehabilitation City of Heroes" - psychological rehabilitation center, which is dedicated to supporting the mental and social rehabilitation of war veterans and their family members.
Tatevik Vardevanyan, head of the Communication and SR Programs Department of Idram and IDBank, notes. “After the war, our society experienced profound shocks, and coming to terms with what happened was especially difficult for those who returned from the battlefield. This center, dedicated to restoring the mental well-being of our heroes and their families, was established at a crucial time. We are confident that much remains to be done, and we will witness new achievements from our heroes, who, thanks to this center, can look at life with renewed optimism.”
Suren Areents, the founder of the "Heroes Rehabilitation City" project, highlights that this marks the second collaboration with “The Power of One Dram.” In 2023, the center, in partnership with IDBank and Idram, provided numerous rehabilitation therapies for the soldiers. “But it’s not just about financial support; the true significance lies in the message that ‘The Power of One Dram’ conveys: yes, great things can be achieved with just one dram—if those drams come together. This message truly inspires faith and hope,” says Suren Areents.
