Ինչո՞ւ հիշատակվեց միայն ՀՀԿ-ի տեսակետը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օրերս տեսակապի միջոցով հարցազրույց տվեց BBC-ի HARDTalk հաղորդաշարին։ Սովորաբար HARDtalk ծրագրում հյուրերը պատասխանում են հնարավորինս քննադատական, կոշտ և սուր հարցերին, ինչի մասին վկայում է հաղորդման անունը։ Հարցազրույցի ժամանակ հաղորդավար Սթիվեն Սակուրը սուր հարցադրումները հիմնականում վերաբերում էին Փաշինյանի խոստացած բարեփոխումներին, ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին, կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի, դատական համակարգին, Արցախյան հիմնախնդրին և աշխարհաքաղաքականությանը։ Փաշինյանը փորձեց հնարավորինս ներկայացնել, թե իր իշխանության աշխատանքն արդյունավետ է, բայց այլ հարց է, թե դա ինչքանով ստացվեց։ Այս հարցազրույցից հետո մամուլում և հանրության շրջանում ակտի քննարկման առարկա դարձան վարչապետի հնչեցրած պատասխանները։ Եվ այս առումով կարծիքները բաժանվում են երկու մասի։ Ընդդիմադիրների և հանրության մեծամասնության կարծիքով՝ վարչապետի պատասխանները ոչ ամբողջական էին և անբավարար, իսկ հարցազրույցն ըստ էության այնքան էլ հաջող չէր։ Իսկ իշխանականները Փաշինյանի հնչեցրած պատասխանները համարում են լիովին բավարար։ Այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է նկատել, որ բավական ուշադրության չարժանացան անգլիացի լրագրող Սակուրի սուր հարցադրումներում առկա որոշ նրբություններ, որոնք ներքաղաքական զարգացումների առումով կարող են մեծ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնել։ Հետաքրքական է, որ երբ լրագրողը Փաշինյանին հարց էր տալիս ընդդիմության վերաբերյալ, հիշատակեց և մեջբերում կատարեց ՀՀԿ-ից։ Հայաստանում ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների բազմազանություն է, բայց հարցն այն է, թե ինչո՞ւ է Արևմուտքը հատկապես ֆիքսում միայն հանրապետականներին։ Միգուցե անգլիական տվյալները փաստում են այն մասին, որ այս կուսակցությունը ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքերի վրա է դրված, արտաքին աշխարհում և հատկապես Եվրոպայում առանցքային կապեր ունի ու կարողանում է լրջորեն ազդել քաղաքական օրակարգի վրա։ Իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ դժվար է ասել, թե ինչու է BBC-ի հաղորդման ընթացքում հղում կատարվում հատկապես ՀՀԿ-ի տեսակետի վրա, սակայն այս իրողությունը հարկ է արձանագրել նաև հետագա ներքաղաքական զարգացումների տեսանկյունից։
