Վերջին երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում իր համար աննախադեպ ակտիվություն է ցուցաբերում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը, որը հանդիպել է բոլոր 3 նախկին նախագահների հետ։ Որոշ հանդիպումների մասին հանրությունը տեղեկացվել է, որոշ հանդիպումների մասին որևէ տեղեկություն չի եղել։ Դեսպանը նաև հանդիպել է քաղաքական դաշտում ընդդիմության հետ առնչվող ամենաակտիվ գործիչների հետ։ Փաստացի, դեսպան Կոպիրկինը Մոսկվայից հրահանգ է ստացել ակտիվ հանդիպումներ անցկացնել, կոնսուլտացիաներ սկսել ընդդիմադիր դաշտի բոլոր քիչ թե շատ նշանակալից ազդեցիկ գործիչների հետ։

Առաջիկայում, մեր տեղեկություններով, ՌԴ-ն ավելի ակտիվ է լինելու Հարավային Կովկասում, իսկ ռուսական փափուկ ուժն ավելի ակտիվ է գործելու։ Մոսկվան հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ նախագահ Թրամփի պաշտոնավարման պայմաններում այժմ ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ է ստացել ազդելու թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրների վրա։ Դա հասկանում են նաև երկրների ղեկավարները, որոնք ընդհանրապես դադարեցրել են հակառուսական տրամադրություններ տարածելը։
