Ապրիլի 12-13-ին Մոսկվայի Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow հյուրանոցում առաջին անգամ կանցկացվի Հայաստանի նորակառույցների ցուցահանդես։

Այս միջոցառումը բացառիկ հարթակ է ինչպես հայ, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար՝ ծանոթանալու Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայի լավագույն պրեմիում և լյուքս դասի նորակառույցներին, ներդրումային տարբեր ծրագրերին և հիփոթեքային վարկավորման նոր հնարավորություններին։ Այն նաև հնարավորություն կընձեռի Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին հիփոթեքային պայմաններով ձեռք բերել անշարժ գույք Հայաստանում։

Business Partners of Armenia ընկերության նախագահ և միջոցառման նախաձեռնող Վրույր Փենեսյանի խոսքով՝ նախաձեռնության առանցքային նպատակներից է ներգրավել ներդրումներ Հայաստանում ինչպես նաև բարձրացնել Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի ճանաչելիությունը միջազգային մակարդակում։ Միջոցառումը միտված է ոչ միայն անմիջական վաճառքների խթանմանը, այլև Հայաստանն ընդգծելու որպես գրավիչ ներդրումային և բնակության ուղղություն։ Բացի հայ և ռուս գնորդների գործարքներից, ցուցահանդեսը հնարավորություն կընձեռի Ռուսաստանի խոշորագույն անշարժ գույքի գործակալությունների հետ երկարաժամկետ համագործակցություն հաստատելու համար։

Ցուցահանդեսին կմասնակցեն Հայաստանի առաջատար կառուցապատողները։ Առաջին անգամ Հայաստանը կներկայացնի աշխարհահռչակ բրենդների նորակառույցներ, այդ թվում՝ Kempinski, Pullman, Mövenpick, Milano Firenze Towers բնակելի համալիրները։ Կառուցապատողները կներկայացնեն հատուկ առաջարկներ՝ ներառյալ փոքր կանխավճարով և առանց հավելյալ տոկոսների ապառիկ գնման հնարավորություններ։

Միջոցառմանը կմասնակցի նաև MYLER Mountain Resort-ը, որը կներկայացնի ներդրումային հնարավորությունները Մայլերում,ընդգծելով այս ուղղության պոտենցիալը ինչպես տեղացի, այնպես էլ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների համար։
