ԱԱԾ–ն չի մեկնաբանում Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում իրականացված ակցիաները

Կոմբինատի ղեկավարությունը ակցիաներից ժամանակ հայտարարում էր, որ աշխատակիցներին օգտագործում են ընկերության նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն ստանալու համար։

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը Sputnik Արմենիայի հարցմանն ի պատասխան չի մեկնաբանել Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատում իրականացված բողոքի ակցիաները։

Աշխատավարձի բարձրացման պահանջով կոմբինատի աշխատակիցների մի մասը 2025 թվականի փետրվարի սկզբից բողոքի ակցիաներ էին սկսել, որոնք տևել էին մոտ 10 օր։ Ընկերության ղեկավարության տվյալներով` այդ ակցիային 4600 աշխատակցից մոտ 200-ն է մասնակցել։

Փետրվարի 11-ին ԶՊՄԿ–ն հայտարարեց, որ կոմբինատը կրկին սկսել է գործել։

Sputnik Արմենիան այս հարցի շուրջ մի քանի հարց է ուղարկել ԱԱԾ։ Մասնավորապես, մենք հետաքրքրվել ենք` արդյոք ստեղծված իրավիճակը համարվում է սպառնալիք ՀՀ անվտանգության համար, ակցիաները սաբոտա՞ժ էին, թե՞ գործադուլ, տեղեկություն կա՞ 3-րդ ուժերի կամ երկրների հնարավոր ներգրավվածության մասին։

«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացվում է նախաքննություն, ուստի հայցվող տեղեկատվությունը ստանալու համար առաջարկվում է դիմել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին»,– նշել են ԱԱԾ–ից։

ԶՊՄԿ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին ակցիաների ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ տարբեր ուժեր ցանկանում են բողոքներ հրահրելով օգտագործել իրավիճակն ու աշխատակիցներին` կոմբինատի ֆինանսական հոսքերի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն ստանալու համար։

Կոմբինատի ներկայացրած հաղորդումների հիման վրա քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել ինքնիրավչության հոդվածով։ Հաղորդումներում մասնավորապես, նշվել է, որ գործադուլ անողներից ոմանք կապ չունեն ընկերության հետ, ընդգրկված չեն դրա կազմում և անգամ չեն բնակվում Քաջարանում կամ Կապանում։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ օրինազանց աշխատակիցների և ԶՊՄԿ–ի հետ չառնչվող քաղաքացիների գործողությունների հետևանքով ընկերությունն օրական մոտ 400 մլն դրամի վնաս է կրել։

2024 թ. ընթացքում ՀՀ ամենախոշոր հարկատուն` ԶՊՄԿ–ն, 101 մլրդ 967 մլն դրամ հարկ է վճարել պետական բյուջե։

ԶՊՄԿ–ն աշխատակիցների գործադուլից հետո հրապարակել էր նրանց աշխատավարձերի չափը։ Այսպես, ԶՊՄԿ–ում հարստացուցիչ ֆաբրիկայի Ֆլոտատորի աշխատավարձը տատանվում է 399,470-594,099 դրամի սահմաններում, փականագործներինը` 329,918-580,003 դրամի սահմաններում, էլեկտրագազաեռակցողները ստանում են 359,856-609,491 դրամ աշխատավարձ։

ԶՊՄԿ–ի Հանքանյութի մանրացման և փոխադրման արտադրամասում կոնվեյերավարները ստանում են ամսական 450,090-480,060 դրամ աշխատավարձ, իսկ էլեկտրագազաեռակցողները` 362,789-614,809 դրամ աշխատավարձ։ Նշվում է, որ ծանր բեռնատարների վարորդների վարձատրությունը կատարվում է գործարքային համակարգով (կմ/երթ), սակայն միջին ամսական աշխատավարձը (ներառյալ հարկերը) 90 տոննա տեղափոխման դեպքում կազմում է 1,140,151 դրամ, 130 տոննայի դեպքում` 1,372,247 դրամ, 180 տոննա տեղափոխած աշխատակիցը ստանում է 1,672,215 դրամ աշխատավարձ։

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում միջին աշխատավարձը 290 հազար դրամից մի փոքր ավելի է։
