Կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ է կատարել ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրում և կարգում: Հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ 2024 թ. հունիսի 15-ից մեկնարկել է բնակարանի կամ կառուցվող շենքից բնակարան գնելու իրավունքի կամ անհատական բնակելի տան ձեռքբերման հավաստագրերի տրամադրման գործընթացը, հուլիսի 15-ից մեկնարկել է անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման հավաստագրերի տրամադրման գործընթացը, գործող հիփոթեքային վարկի մարման աջակցության հավաստագրերի տրամադրման գործընթացը մեկնարկել է օգոստոսի 1-ից։

Փոփոխություններով  կարգավորվում և պարզաբանվում են իրավակիրառ պրակտիկայում ի հայտ եկած խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև վերանայվում են ծրագրի այն պայմանները, որոնք խոչընդոտում են հավաստագրերի արդյունավետ իրացմանը։ Մասնավորապես՝ հստակեցվում է, որ դիմում-հայտարարության մեջ գրանցված ամուսինների և նրանց անչափահաս երեխաների տվյալների առկայությունը պարտադիր է, իսկ մյուս անդամներին ըստ իրենց ցանկության, բացառությամբ այն դեպքերի, երբ ամուսինը կամ երեխան ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության կողմից չեն հաշվառվել որպես բռնի տեղահանված կամ հանդիսանում են աջակցության ծրագրի շահառու։

Ձեռքբերվող անշարժ գույքի բնակմակերեսի նկատմամբ կիրառվող սահմանաչափն ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով նվազեցվում է 3 քմ-ով՝ սահմանելով 9 քմ։ Սահմանվում է նաև՝ ձեռք բերվող բնակարանի կամ կառուցվող շենքից բնակարան գնելու իրավունքի կամ անհատական բնակելի տան կամ կառուցվող անհատական բնակելի տան և դրա կառուցման համար նախատեսված հողամասի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը գրանցվում է շահառու ընտանիքի բոլոր չափահաս անդամների անվամբ։ Որոշմամբ սահմանվում է, որ եթե հիփոթեքային վարկը տրամադրվել է 2024 թ. մայիսի 16-ից հետո, ապա աջակցությունն ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով կազմում է 3 մլն դրամ։ Սահմանվում է, որ եթե շահառու ընտանիքն ընտրում է ծրագրի՝ անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման բաղադրիչը, ապա իրացվող հավաստագրի արժեքում ներառվող անհատական բնակելի տան կառուցման համար նախատեսված հողի նկատմամբ մակերեսի սահմանաչափ չի կիրառվում, աջակցությունը սահմանվում է մինչև 4 մլն դրամ 3-ի փոխարեն։
