Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի ղեկավարության և աշխատակիցների միջև հանդիպմանը արդյունք չի գրանցվել, կողմերը մնացել են իրենց տեսակետին, Armenia Today-ին հայտնել է կոմբինատի մամուլի խոսնակ Արայիկ Մարգարյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ ընկերության ղեկավար կազմն հունվարի 31-ին՝ (երբ աշխատողները հայտարարել են գործադուլի մասին-խմբ.) առաջին իսկ օրը ներկայացված պայմաններին պատասխանել է, որ դրանք ընդունելի չեն։

ԶՊՄԿ-ի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ ակցիայի մասնակիցներն աշխատավարձի «անիրատեսական բարձրացում են պահանջում՝ 50 տոկոս, որն անհնար է (իրականացնել-խմբ.) այս պահի դրությամբ, ընկերությունը մերժել է իրենց պահանջը»։ Մարգարյանը հավելել է, որ կոմբինատի աշխատանքների դադարեցման արդյունքում կազմակերպությունը նյութական վնաս է կրել և զգուշացրել է հնարավոր բնապահպանական ռիսկերի մասին։

«Վնասը շատ մեծ է։ Մեր համար հիմա ամենամտահոգիչը անվտանգության և բնապահպանական հնարավոր վնասներն են։ Վերահսկողությունը և կառավարումը տեղի չի ունենում պատշաճ կերպով։ Երբ ընկերությունն աշխատում է, տեղի է ունենում նաև բնապահպանական վերահսկողություն, բնապահպանական ռիսկերի կառավարում, այս դեպքում ամեն ինչ կանգնած է»,- նշել է Մարգարյանը։

Նա չի մանրամասնել, թե որքա՞ն է ԶՊՄԿ-ն գնահատել աշխատակիցների՝ աշխատանքի դուրս չգալու հետևանքով պատճառված վնասը։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ վնասը վերաբերում է նաև այն հարկերին, որոնք ընկերությունը վճարում է պետությանը։

«2024 թ․ մենք 102 մլրդ հարկ ենք վճարել, դա բաժանեք 365-ի ու բազմապատկեք 5-ով։ Կստացվի միջինացված ինչ-որ շատ մոտիկ վնասի չափ, որ պետությանն է պատճառվել, միայն պետությանը»,- ասել է Մարգարյանը։

Ընկերության մամուլի խոսնակը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ բողոքի ակցիան սկսվել է այն բանից, որ սկսվել էր աշխատավարձերի համահարթեցման գործընթաց։ Ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների՝ բողոքի ակցիան մեկնարկել էր հունվարի 31-ին։ Աշխատակիցները պահանջել են աշխատավարձերի 50 տոկոսով բարձրացում և վերադասի հետ բաց երկխոսության ապահովում:

ԶՊՄԿ-ն 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով գլխավորել էր Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը։ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն ՀՀ պետական բյուջե էր փոխանցել 33,25 մլրդ դրամ՝ որպես կառավարության շահաբաժին։
