«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնող խմբի համակարգող, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

2023 թ․ մայիսին «Հայաքվե» -ն օրենքի նախագիծ ներկայացրեց հանրության աջակցության համար, որը երկու առանցքային կետ էր պարունակում՝ առաջինը քրեական պատասխանատվություն էր նախատեսում Արցախը այլ պետության կազմում ճանաչելու համար, իսկ երկրորդը՝ համանման քրեական պատասխանատվություն Հայոց Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից հրաժերվելու համար։

Մենք հստակ հասկանում էինք, որ այս երկու հարցերը սերտորեն շաղկապված են, և որ գործող վարչախումբը փորձելու է երկու հարցերում էլ առաջ մղել թուրքական օրակարգը, քանզի այն հլու-հնազանդ ծառայում է տարածաշրջանում Թուրքիայի շահերին։ Առաջին հարցում այն հետևողական տարավ Արցախի հանձման և հայաթափման, և հիմա, մեկ ու կես տարի անց, այլևս չի էլ թաքցնում, որ ի սկզբանե դրան էր գնում՝ առերևույթ, ռուսական ազդեցությունից ազատվելու համար, իրականում, Թուրքիայի առաջ իր ստանձնած քաղաքական պարտավորությունները կատարելու համար։

Հիմա վարչախումբը ձեռնամուխ է եղել Թուրքիայի առաջ ստանձնած իր հաջորդ պարտավորության կատարմանը՝ ոչ միայն հրաժարվել Հայոց Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումից, այլև ընդհանրապես հարցականի տակ դնել նրա բուն եղելությունը, փորձել մեղքը բարդել Ցեղասպանության զոհերի վրա, պարբերաբար բարձրացնել այն անհեթեթ հարցը, թե ինչպես է Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը մտել քաղաքական օրակարգ, ում էր դա ձեռնտու՝ և այսպես շարունակ։

Սա շատ պարզ նպատակ ունի՝ պատրաստել հայ հասարակությունը Թուրքիայի գերիշխանության տակ ապրելու, իսկ հեռանկարում՝ նաև նրա մեջ տարալուծվելու համար։ Այդ տրամաբանությամբ, հայ հասարակության մոտ պետք է խորացնել զոհի բարդույթը, զրկել նրան պատմական հիշողությունից և դիմադրողականությունից։ Դա նախկինում արվել է հենց Թուրքիայի հայ բնակչության հետ, որի մեծ մասը այլևս վախենում է բարձրաձայն ընդունել, որ ինքը հայ է, ստիպված իսլամ է ընդունել, և հանդես է գալիս որպես քուրդ, ալևի կամ համշենցի, բայց ոչ որպես հայ։ Թուրքիան նույնը պատրաստում է նաև Հայաստանի հայ բնակչության համար, որը հայության վերջին մեծ հավաքական քաղաքական միավորն է, և ընդունակ է կազմակերպված դիմադրություն ցույց տալ Մեծ Թուրան ստեղծելու թուրքական հավակնոտ պլաններին։

Մենք այսօր հայտնվել ենք պատմական երկընտրանքի առաջ, որից այն կողմ հարցականի տակ է դրվելու մեր հայ մնալու բուն իրավունքը։ Դա արվում է ոչ մեծ քայլերով, ամեն անգամ փորձելով մեր գիտակցությունից հանել մեր ինքնության ևս մի մասնիկ, և աստիճանաբար վերածել մեզ անարմատ, անպատմություն ու անմշակույթ քոչվորների։ Մեր դպրոցներից հանված է "Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցու պատմություն" առարկան, Հայոց պատմությունը փոխարինվում է Հայաստանի պատմությամբ, մեր զինանշանից փորձ է արվում հանել բիբլիական Արարատը, մեր հիշողությունից ջնջել Արցախը, և այդպես շարունակ։ Այս ամենը պատահականությունների շարան չի, այլ Հայաստանը հայաթափելու խորը մտածված, լավ հաշվարկված, դաժան ծրագիր։

Մենք այդ հրեշավոր ծրագրին և նրա կատարածուներին պետք է դիմադրենք ամեն օր, ամեն քայլափոխին, ամեն անգամ, երբ փորձում են մեզ զրկել մեր հիշողությունից, մեր ժառանգությունից, հայ լինելու մեր բնատուր իրավունքից։ Ձեզ մոտ չի ստացվելու, որքան էլ դուք ձեզ կոտորեք, որքան փորձեք մարդկանց խաբել, որքան էլ փորձեք թմրացնել նրանց գիտակցությունը՝ ձեր թույնը ձեզ է թունավորելու, իսկ մեր ժողովուրդը այս ամենից դուրս է գալու էլ ավելի գիտակից, միասնական ու վճռական։ Դուք էլ ոչ միայն արժանանալու եք պատնության դատին, այլև մարդկային դատարանին, և այդ օրը անշեղորեն մոտենում է։
