Մինչ Հայաստանում և աշխարհում տարբեր գործիչներ, իրավապաշտպաններ, հասարակական գործիչներ իրենց ձայնն են բարձրացնում՝ հօգուտ Բաքվի բանտերում խոշտանգվող հայ ռազմագերիների, ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները համառորեն հրաժարվում են առաջ մղել նրանց իրավունքները։ Փաշինյանն անձամբ երեկ խորհրդարանում է ակնարկել, որ որևէ քայլ չեն անելու Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության և մյուս ռազմագերիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ։

Բաքվում մեկնարկել է Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի, Արցախի նախկին նախագահների, պաշտոնյաների ու շարքային արցախցիների դատավարությունը, որով Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է հերթական շոուի վերածել, հարվածել Հայաստանի հեղինակությանը, միջազգային հանրության մոտ էլ տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե Հայաստանն ու Արցախը ահաբեկչական երկրներ են եղել։ Այս օրերին շատերն են կոչեր հնչեցնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու ՀՀ իշխանություններին։ Իզուր։

«Այն տեղեկությունները, որ մենք իմացանք և տեսանք այն տեսարանները, դրանք, իհարկե մտահոգիչ են, բայց նաև պետք է արձանագրենք, որ այս իրավիճակին մոտենում ենք չվնասելու տրամաբանությամբ, և՛ մեր դիվանագիտական շփումներում, և՛ օրակարգում այդ հարցը մշտապես ներկա է», - խորհրդարանում հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Լիլիթ Գալստյանի հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ է պաշտոնական Երևանը լուռ, երբ Բաքվի բանտերում կեղեքման և խոշտանգումների են ենթարկվում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները։

«Մենք շարունակելու ենք այդ ուղղությամբ մեր ջանքերը, որպեսզի հասնենք արդյունքի։ Էլի եմ ասում՝ մեր խնդիրն առաջին հերթին չվնասելն է: Ես հիմա կարող եմ հայտարարություններ անել, որ ձեր հայրենասիրական էմոցիաները բավարարող հայտարարություն լինի, բայց այդ հայտարարության հետևանքները և ազդեցությունն էդ մարդիկ զգալու են բանտում՝ իրենց մաշկի վրա։ Սա մենք հասկանո՞ւմ ենք, թե՞ չենք հասկանում», - նշել է Փաշինյանը՝ փաստացի հաստատելով, որ ռազմագերիների հարցում լվացել են իրենց ձեռքերը։
