Նախորդ տարի ընդունվել է Ոստիկանության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների նոր շրջափուլը նախանշող 2024-2026 թթ ռազմավարությունը։

Հունվարի 15-ին Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում է ստորագրել, որով ստեղծվել է Ոստիկանության բարեփոխումները համակարգող խորհուրդ։ Հաստատվել է խորհրդի անհատական կազմը։

Խորհրդի հիմնական նպատակն է՝ համակարգել ռազմավարությամբ սահմանված առաջնահերթությունները և դրանցից բխող միջոցառումները։

Կարևորելով քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներգրավումը ՆԳՆ բարեփոխումների գործընթացներում՝ համակարգող խորհրդի կազմում նախատեսվում է ընդգրկել նաև 4 հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։

Ոստիկանության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների ռազմավարության հիմքում նախանշված հիմնական ուղղություններն են՝ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության կայացում, ծառայությունների որակի բարելավում, նախարարության և ոստիկանության միջև ինստիտուցիոնալ կապի ամրապնդում, ոստիկանության կառավարման սխեմայի և ֆունկցիոնալի ավարտական տեսքի բերում, ոստիկանությունում մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման ինստիտուցիոնալ նոր մոտեցման ներդրում և այլն։
