ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը պարբերաբար ահազանգեր է ստանում ուսումնական հաստատություններում բռնության դեպքերի վերաբերյալ։ Նման ահազանգերից մեկն առաջին դասարանում դասվարի կողմից երեխայի նկատմամբ ծեծի դեպքն էր, ինչի ահազանգը ստանալուն պես նախարարությունը դիմել է Կրթության տեսչական մարմին, Ոստիկանություն և Դատախազություն։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից:

«Ձեռնարկված քայլերի արդյունքում ուսուցիչն ազատվել է աշխատանքից։ Առաջիկայում ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը նաև պատրաստվում է հայց ներկայացնել՝ նշված ուսուցչին մանկավարժական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու իրավունքից զրկելու վերաբերյալ։

Հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ նմանատիպ իրավիճակներն անթույլատրելի են, և այդ պարագայում նախարարությունը հետևողականորեն նման մանկավարժներին հետագա մանկավարժական գործունեության իրավունքից զրկելու հայցերով դիմելու է դատարան։

Նախարարությանն ուղղված դիմումները վկայում են այն մասին, որ բռնության դեպքերն առկա են ինչպես երեխաների միջև, այնպես էլ ուսուցիչ-սովորող փոխհարաբերություններում, որի մասին հաճախ տեղեկացված են լինում ուսումնական հաստատության բոլոր կամ գրեթե բոլոր աշխատակիցները, սովորողները և ծնողական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները: Բռնության մասին իմացությունն ու դրա դեմ քայլեր չձեռնարկելու վարքագիծն առաջ են բերում բռնության հանդեպ անթույլատրելի հանդուրժողականություն, որից առաջին հերթին տուժում են երեխաները և կրթության որակը։

Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ նույնքան անհանդուրժելի է հնարավոր բռնությունը ուսուցիչների նկատմամբ՝ հատկապես ծնողների կողմից անհարգալից վերաբերմունքի պարագայում։ Նախարարությունը նաև օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների փաթեթ է մշակում՝ երեխայի կրթության իրավունքի ապահովման առումով ծնողների պարտավորություններն առավել հստակեցնելու և այդ հարցերում հետևողական չլինելու պարագայում անհրաժեշտ քայլեր ձեռնարկելու նպատակով։  

Ուսումնական հաստատությունը պետք է սովորողների համար հանդիսանա ապահով և անվտանգ միջավայր, ուստի հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ բռնության ցանկացած տեսակի դրսևորումից, նման դրսևորումների դեպքում անպայման բարձրաձայնել համապատասխան մարմիններին, համատեղ ջանքերով դպրոցում ապահովել դրական հաղորդակցության և հարաբերությունների մթնոլորտ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
