Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 11-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում Երևանի բնակիչ՝ 51-ամյա Սարգիս Շափաղաթյանը իր վարած Ford Focus մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Բալահովիտ գյուղի վերջնամասում բախվել է ավտովթարի հետևանքով վթարված վիճակում վթարի վայրում կայանված Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային։


Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Ս. Շափաղաթյանը այնուհետև վրաերթի է ենթարկել տեղում ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարն արձանագրող Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի հետաքննիչ, Կոտայքի մարզ բնակիչ, 27-ամյա Կառլեն Բաղյանին, Երևանի բնակիչներ՝ 28-ամյա Արամ Պողոսյանին, 27-ամյա Նարեկ Մելիքյանին, 28-ամյա Խաչատուր Գաբրիելյանին, 45-ամյա Էդուարդ Թովմասյանին, Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 39-ամյա Արտակ Պողոսյանին և Նոր Գեղի գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 27-ամյա Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին։

Վրաերթի ենթարկված բոլոր անձինք տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Տիգրան Քոթանջյանի և ավագ հետաքննիչներ Ավետիք Ավետիսյանի, Մայիս Բադոյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վրաերթի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետ Կարեն Գյուլումյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի, ավագ քննիչ Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ։

 

Փաստի առթիվ ավագ քննիչ Գրիգորյանի կողմից նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Աբովյանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արամ Ղազարյան գլխավորությամբ։ Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ մինչև վրաերթը, տեղում բախվել էին Mercedes և Lexus մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։ Բարեբախտաբար, այդ վթարի հետևանքով տուժածներ չկային։
