Նոյեմբերի 23-ի գիշերը արտակարգ միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել Կովկասյան կենսաբազմազանության ապաստարանի (CWR) և Խոսրովի անտառ պետական արգելոցի սահմանակից տարածքում: Մի խումբ անձինք՝ զինված ակոսափող հրազենով, որսորդական հանդերձանքով և գիշերային տեսողության սարքավորումներով, ներթափանցել են հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք՝ ակնհայտորեն նպատակ ունենալով որս իրականացնել:

CWR ռենջերները Տասանորդ (Դահնակ 2535 մ) լեռան լանջին կեսգիշերին մոտ՝ 23:30-ից սկսած, նկատել են ավտոմեքենայի, այնուհետև՝ ձեռքի լապտերների լույսեր: CWR գլխավոր ռենջեր Գևորգ Կարապետյանը մանրամասնում է. «Իրականացրինք հետախուզում՝ նախազգուշացնելով Խոսրովի անտառ պետական արգելոցի էկոպարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցներին: Համատեղ ուժերով փակեցինք ճանապարհները՝ կանխելով նրանց փախուստը: Արդյունքում՝ խումբը բռնվեց»:

Էկոպարեկային ծառայությունը կազմել է պաշտոնական արձանագրություն: Առգրավվել է 2 միավոր հրազեն, որոնց փաստաթղթերը բացակայում էին: Ավելին՝ նշված անձինք կրակել Հիմնադրամի պահպանության տեսախցիկի ուղղությամբ՝ փորձելով վնասել FPWC գույքը, որին կից գտնվում է նաև ՎԻՎԱ-ի կապի կայանը։

Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ նշված տարածքները գտնվում են հատուկ պահպանության ներքո՝ Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամի (FPWC) և պետական կառույցների կողմից: Որսի իրականացումը խստիվ արգելված է:

Բարեբախտաբար, FPWC ռենջերները՝ Էկոպարեկային ծառայության պարեկների հետ համատեղ, ցուցաբերել են բարձր մասնագիտական զգոնություն՝ կանխելով հնարավոր որսագողության դեպքը: Հաշվի առնելով, որ դեպքը եզակի չէ և վերջերս Հիմնադրամի կողմից արձանագրվել է նմանատիպ միջադեպ Վայոց ձորի մարզում, կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ որսի և որսորդական տնտեսության վարման ոլորտի կարգավորմանն ուղղված գործողություններն, ամեն դեպքում, անբավարար են։

Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման հիմնադրամը կոչ է անում բոլորին՝ պատասխանատու վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել բնության նկատմամբ: Շնորհակալ լինելով Էկոպարեկային ծառայության աշխատակիցներին արագ արձագանքի համար՝ լիահույս ենք, որ դեպքը կգտնվի պատասխանատու մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
