Յունիբանկը թողարկել է 10 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ստորադաս պարտատոմսերի թողարկման մասին: Տարեկան արժեկտրոնային տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 6.25%, պարտատոմսերի մարման ժամկետը՝ 7 տարի: Արժեկտրոնային եկամուտը կվճարվի եռամսյակը մեկ:
 
Յունիբանկը Հայաստանում առաջին բանկն է, որ թողարկել է ստորադաս պարտատոմսեր: Տեղաբաշխումը նախատեսվում է ավարտել 2025թ. փետրվարի 24-ին, որից հետո պարտատոմսերը կցուցակվեն Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում։ Պարտատոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել Յունիբանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակում կամ մասնաճյուղերում: Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման նվազագույն ծավալը  $10 000:
 
Արժեթղթերի շուկայում Յունիբանկն ամենաակտիվ մասնակիցներից մեկն է 2016 թվականից։ AMX AWARDS 2024 մրցանակաբաշխության ժամանակ Յունիբանկը ճանաչվել է լավագույնը երկու անվանակարգերում՝ «Best Equity Issuer on the Exchange» և «Best in Secondary Equity Market»:
 
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Յունիբանկը տեղաբաշխել և ցուցակել է մոտ 70 մլն դոլար արժողությամբ պարտատոմսերի 28 թողարկում: Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված պարտատոմսերից եկամուտն ազատվում է եկամտային հարկից և ոչ ռեզիդենտի շահութահարկից:
 
Ստորադաս պարտատոմսերի Ազդագիրը (գրանցվել է ՀՀ ԿԲ կողմից 13.11.2024թ.) հրապարակված է www.unibank.am կայքում:
 
Ստորադաս պարտատոմսերի թողարկմամբ ներգրավված միջոցները երաշխավորված չեն «Ֆիզիկական անձանց բանկային ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով, քանի որ մինչև նշված օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված հատուցման դեպքի ի հայտ գալը, պարտատոմսերը Ազդագրում նկարագրված կարգով և չափով փոխարկվում են բանկի սովորական բաժնետոմսերի:
