ՌԴ-ում բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՀ քաղաքացի, որն ըստ իրավապահների՝ Ուկրաինայի ԶՈւ կողմից մասնակցել է պատերազմին

Մոսկվայի «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանում բերման է ենթարկվել Հայաստանի քաղաքացի Արմեն Բալյանը, որը ՌԴ իրավապահների պնդմամբ՝ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի կողմից մասնակցել է պատերազմին։

Նրա դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Ուկրաինայի տարածքում զինված հակամարտությանը վարձկանների հավաքագրման և մասնակցության համար։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրությունում։

Գերատեսչության համաձայն՝ Բալյանը Ուկրաինա է ժամանել 2022 թվականի նոյեմբերին Մոլդովայի տարածքով, ընդգրկվել Ուկրաինայի «տարածքային պաշտպանության ստորաբաժանումների կազմում», մասնակցել ռազմական գործողություններին՝ Դոնեցկի, Լուգանսկի և Խերսոնի շրջաններում։

2024 թվականի օգոստոսին Ռուսաստանում նրան հեռակա մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և հետախուզում հայտարարվել Ռուսաստանի իրավապահ կառույցի փոխանցմամբ Բալյանը ձերբակալվել է հոկտեմբերին «Ռուսաստանի տարածք մտնելու փորձի ժամանակ»։

Հաղորդագրությունում նշված է, թե ՀՀ քաղաքացին, իբր, ընդունել է մեղքը և «սպառիչ ցուցմունքներ» տվել։ Մոսկվայի Բասմանի շրջանային դատարանը նրան նախնական կալանքի է ենթարկել։

Բալյանը կամ նրա ներկայացուցիչները ՌԴ իրավապահների պնդումները մինչ այս պահը չեն մեկնաբանել։
