Նախորդ ամիս ֆինանսների աշխարհի բարձրակարգ մասնագետները հանդիպել էին Ամստերդամում Digital Transfromation in Banking&Insurance Global Summit-ին՝ կազմակերպված եվրոպական հեղինակավոր Kinfos events կազմակերպության կողմից։ 

ID Group-ի Թվային փոխակերպման գծով տնօրեն Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը, որպես սամիթի հիմնական բանախոսներից մեկը, ներկայացրեց IDBank-ի թվային փոխակերպման, Իդրամ ընկերության հետ ռազմավարական համագործակցության ճանապարհը, ինչպես նաև խոսեց մարտահրավերների և առաջիկա զարգացումների մասին։ Հիշեցնենք՝ Իդրամը և IDBank-ը ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը սկսել են դեռևս 2018 թվականին, իսկ արդեն 2023 թվականի ապրիլից հանդիսանում են ID Group ընկերությունների խմբի անդամ։ 

DXB-ի գագաթնաժողովը համագործակցության հարթակ է, որտեղ աշխարհի տարբեր ծայրերից մասնակիցներն պարբերաբար հավաքվում, քննարկում և վերլուծում են օր-օրի զարգացող տեխնոլոգիաները ֆինանսական և ապահովագրական ծառայությունների աշխարհում (BFSI), կիսվում իրենց փորձով.  AI, ավտոմատացում, մեքենայական ուսուցում, RPA, Generative AI, Cloud & Data Transformation, Payments Transformation, Fraud & Cyber ​​Security, CBDCs, Digital Assets, Web3, Open finance, Embadded finance, ապահովագրական էկոհամակարգերի զարգացման հեռանկարներով, մարտահրավերների ու հնարավորությունների իրենց պատկերացումներով, ձեռքբերումներով, դժվարությունների հաղթահարման նոր նախագծերով:

Այս անգամ ևս գագաթնաժողովը միավորել էր ոլորտի առաջատարներին տարբեր երկրներից, որոնք կիսվում էին ոչ միայն հաճախորդներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների, այլ նաև կազմակերպությունների ներքին գործընթացների թվայնացման իրենց փորձով։ 

Որպես Հայաստանում Ֆինտեխ ոլորտի առաջամարտիկ՝ IDBank-ը հետաքրքրքել էր միջազգային այս հարթակին թվայնացման և Իդրամ ընկերության հետ գործարկած համատեղ թվային հարթակի հաջողության պատմությամբ, և IDBank-ը, օգտվելով ընձեռված հնարավորությունից, ներկայացրեց Հայաստանյան շուկայում թվային փոխակերպման ոչ ստանդարտ լուծումներ մշակելու իր փորձը։

«Դարձիր թվային կամ լռիր հավերժ»․ Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը հենց այսպես ներկայացրեց 2018-ից ի վեր IDBank-ի ռազմավարությունն ու զարգացման հիմնական հետագիծը, որը հայկական շուկա բերեց մի շարք նոր և անգամ հեղափոխական պրոդուկտներ՝ առցանց հեռավար նույնականացում, 500-ից ավելի վճարային ծառայություններ անմիջապես հավելվածի ներսում, Rocket Line թվային ապառիկ, QR-ի միջոցով վճարման հնարավորություն ոչ միայն 22.500 վաճառակետերում, այլ նաև 1000-ից ավել առցանց խանութներում, բանկային մի շարք ծառայություններին հեռավար հասանելիություն և այլն։
